Our friendly retail store, Animall Hertford, is looking to recruit a bubbly, dynamic Retail Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis 🐾💚

Attributes we are looking for:

1. Ensuring customers are met with a smile and a friendly approach, assisting them with all of their needs. Assist customer with getting goods to their vehicles - some lifting of approx 20kg bags required.
2. Responsibility of a key holder – must be confident to open and close the shop on their own.
3. Fork truck certificate favourable, but training can be given.
4. Equine and or Pet interest preferred but training will be given.
5. Full/Part Time, various shift available.
6. Flexibility is a must
7. Familiarisation of product to ensure the best customer service possible.
8. Cleaning duties inside and outside the shop
9. Replenishment and rotation of stock
10. Price and display stock
11. Cashier duties including cashing up at the end of the day
12. Taking telephone calls and dealing with queries
13. Must have own transport due to location
14. Salary dependent on experience
