This boy has been coming to Amii for 8 years since a pup, he continued to support her through starting out at Vanity Fur carrying on her journey with Trendy Pooches and then on to L.A Grooms, finally back to us at Trendy Pooches this boy had the bestest time on Monday with his brother getting their regular grooming by Amii ๐พ๐
Not knowing that today we would hear the sad news of his passing after on-going medical issues! Iโm glad we all got to meet this amazing boy COCO ๐พ and his loving nature, we treat each and every dog as if they are our own so hearing this news is so sad but we send all our love to his brother Truffle who will get so much attention and love on his next visit ๐
We have a lot of dogs who come regularly, we know what they like and donโt like / who are more cuddly than others ๐
Which ones that just want to be in and out but we canโt help but fuss over anyway ๐

PLEASE READ! Good morning doggy mums and dads a polite reminder that December is just a few days away! If your dog still doesnโt have an appointment we have VERY limited spaces so act fast to get booked in! Any December appointments that are no shows or we donโt get 24hours notice before you cancel will be charged a ยฃ10 fee for cancellations and ยฃ15 for noshows that will need to be paid on the day or before you book your next appointment. This is a policy we are lenient on normally and and as a company very understanding that things come up meaning you have to cancel, but like everyone else this is our busiest time of year and have no time to be rearranging/changing appointment times and taking a space for someone that really wants an appointment when your not going to come is unfair. Our staff are already working crazy overtime hours to get you all fitted in. If you have a December appointment popping in a cash deposit would be preferred to secure your app. We hope you can understand and Thankyou for keeping us so busy, now letโs get on with the festivities!โค๏ธ ๐

Everyone meet the very handsome Alfie.
Alfie came to our groomer Millie a few months ago after being to a few different groomers and being turned away due to his behaviour and aggression towards grooming. Millie suggested to Alfieโs owners she was happy to work/ bond with him and make grooming a positive experience. The first few times he came was mostly gaining trust so he went out sometimes not perfect but most of all happy and not stressed.
Alfieโs main trigger was his face so Millie didnโt push him in this area and made sure to always send him home on a positive happy experience.
Today after just 4 grooms with Millie and creating trust and a bond with him and knowing his little ways and triggers he was able to go home fully groomed and the most comfortable heโs probably ever felt in himself. It will be a working progress going on for Alfie but we are so proud and happy for him that he can feel now feel comfortable in this hot weather with a very smart hair cut and he can run for his ball without getting too hot๐
We are so proud of your progress Alf and we canโt wait to see you blossomโค๏ธ๐ซถ๐ฝ
