To achieve this we must meet all the standards of the lower accreditation levels (Core and GP) plus do the following extra things;

✅ On site nursing staff 24-7
✅ Vet available 24-7
✅ Commit to improve and audit standards
✅ Have specialist equipment
✅ Pass a rigourous inspection of the premises and facilities and demonstrate exceptional cleanliness and sterility

The good news was we passed with flying colours and this makes us the ONLY independent RCVS Hospital on the Wirral.

We are closed today between 11am and 2pm for training. This includes reception and pharmacy for collection of medications etc.

In the case of an emergency between those hours please call and follow the instructions where you will be connected to the emergency receptionist to handle your call!

Please be kind to your vet teams, colleagues and bosses. No-one deserves to be attacked or unsupported. You never know how people are really doing.

Humanity should override greed. Happiness should negate bitterness. Kindness should prevail over jealously.
Be happy to help and for each others successes! Our whole management team and members of each department are trained in mental health first aid so we can support each other when we need it. This extends to our clients and our colleagues and their families - we are always here for any of our clients!

And we hope it is a 2-way street!

The Analy Vet family is heartbroken to share the news that our beloved Dr. Wayne Tran has passed away. To say that we are devastated by his loss does not fully express how we feel. More than just a fantastic doctor who cared deeply for his patients and their owners, Wayne was a kind, empathetic, and gentle person who brought warmth and humor to those who knew him. He is greatly missed every day.

We are thinking of his family and loved ones during this painful time. Thank you for keeping all who knew him in your thoughts as we all navigate this profound loss.

We are committed not just to been the Best Vets but also to do that in as sustainable a way as possible. We have so many environmental sustainability procedures in place with everything from an electric car for home visits, recycling throughout the clinic, minimum waste production to bee houses and wild flower gardens in the staff car park.

Richard is attending FECAVA - Federation of European Companion Animal Veterinary Associations Congress in Antwerp today for a discussion panel on management of sepsis.

All of the team spend many hours a year travelling wherever they need to in order to keep your pets receiving the most modern treatment giving them the best outcome, reassuring you that when your pets need it they get the best and keeping your pets safe for the problems you never knew could happen!
