It’s announcement time, and we have been wanting to tell you for what feels like weeks!!

We are delighted to let you all know we will be expanding our team in June this year.

Joining us as Head of Internal Medicine is Rebecca Littler, Specialist in Small Animal Medicine.

Rebecca is well known in the North West and has led and is renowned in the fields of gastroenterology and all things medical. She has lectured nationally and internationally and will be the keynote speaker in our referral stream at BVA Live next week!

She will be leading our service and is excited to offer the personal, independent specialist care people want.

Working alongside our surgical, dental, imaging and cardiology teams we are pleased to see Peninsula Veterinary Referrals leading from the front to provide high quality independent veterinary referrals!

Today we saw Biscuit, who had a poorly tummy! They couldn’t get to their usual vets out-of-hours provider so asked us if we could help.

We had a great time meeting Biscuit and hope she is feeling much better soon!

Launching in April 2024 is the first dedicated independent out-of-hours veterinary service, based on the Wirral.

We will be operating out of the excellent facilities at Peninsula Referrals in Pensby and will open when your usual vets close.

We will be able to offer emergency care, facilitate prompt referrals if needed and will ensure your vets get timely notes and reports for when they open so they know exactly what has happened.
