# NOTICE # # please be aware that from Thursday 8th August -30th August there will be a one way system on Langley Lane (the road we are on) due to major roadworks taking place. You will not be able to turn up Langley Lane from Heywood Old Rd/ White Hart Pub. You will only be able to access Langley Lane from the Hollin Lane end or by coming through Langley estate itself. There will be diversion signs in place if you aren’t familiar with the area and they are quite straightforward but very inconvenient adding approximately 10-15 mins to your journey time. Apologies for any inconvenience but as you realise it is completely out of our hands. If you’re unsure about anything please feel free to ring us and we can help give alternative directions.

We’re now fully booked for the Easter holidays. We’re also nearly fully booked for May half term at the end of May. We’ve had a lot of bookings for the summer holidays as well so don’t leave it long to book your pets holidays with us. We’d advise checking availability with us before booking your holidays.

Phase two of our air conditioning installation has began today. We fitted out one of our Kennel areas before Christmas and it has been great through the winter keeping the dogs snuggly through the day and night. Our main reason is for the hot summers as well to keep your pets cool during the hot days. Working alongside our solar panels that were fitted the year before were even more prepared for all weathers now.

Hi Everyone. Just thought we’d get in a bit early with a Happy New Year to you all. Thanks for all your support and custom through 2023. We really appreciate it as always.
Big thanks for all the lovely treats we’ve received as well over the festive period. They definitely keep us going and will help get us through the winter.
We always like to take this opportunity as well to thank all our team who work here. As always they’ve been great throughout a very busy 2023, we couldn’t do it without them. Well done Team Birch!!!.

Fully stocked and loving the new packaging on the food. If you’ve not come across Naturaw before have a look at the site. If you want to feed raw and look after the planet as well this is the food for you. Great ingredients, fully compostable packaging and delivered to us in their own electric vans. What’s not to like!

Morning all. We had an emotional day here yesterday. Mary did her last day for us.
After starting doing a few hours on a Saturday as a little 14 year old girl, who knew she’d still be with us 18 years later as such an integral part of of business and more than that such a good friend and big part of our Birch family.
We can’t thank Mary enough for all her hard work and dedication to us for all this time she was here.
We’re really going to miss her here but we wish Mary good luck with all her future endeavours and have no doubt she’ll be amazing in whatever she does.
Thanks for everything Mary….(and see you next week for some dog food probably!)

Our elves have been busy this morning making sure all your furry, fluffy and feathered friends are all cleaned and fed and we can report that all our guests are A-ok!.
