Make sure your pets have Chocolate free Healthy Happy Christmas

⚠️ We may be feeling nice and full…. but our dogs are not! ⚠️

It’s so important to keep mince pies (plus grapes, raisins, Christmas pudding, chocolates) out of our pets reach.

Who’d want to share them anyway?!

If you think your pet has eaten any of the above please call us straight away on 01625 501500.

Some great advice for your pup 😁

😎Our pets are part of the family and we want to share fun experiences with them – including taking them on holiday! While this often results in great fun and wonderful memories, there are a few things to consider first. A bit of planning beforehand goes a long way towards making it a positive experience for everyone.😎

With the weather (finally!) warming up in a lot of places across the UK, it’s so important for pet owners to be aware of the signs of heatstroke in dogs and cats 🌡️

Heatstroke is a very serious condition that can cause severe dehydration, organ damage and even death. If your pet is showing symptoms of heatstroke, start cooling them down immediately and contact your vet ⚠️

The quicker they’re cooled down, the better their chance of recovery!

If you’re worried, here’s our vet’s advice: http://pdsa.me/WNdg

🧊 Please note that ice cubes are perfectly safe to use as a treat to cool down on a hot day. If your pet is suffering from heatstroke they should not be used as treatment.
