‼️ IMPORTANT UPDATES ‼️

Many of you may have noticed I’ve been a lot quieter on socials than I used to be, and I’m not one for posting my personal life all over my business account, but that being said there are some important updates to give you all.

For June, I will continue to work to full turnaround time (4-6 weeks) for all orders, all orders placed in May are also still subject to a 4-6 turnaround time.

I promise, I am working as hard as humanly possible to get your orders out as quickly as I can. I will be moving home in the next 3 weeks, and with also working a day job spare time is very limited!

I will continue to be quiet on socials, I’m personally struggling to keep up with the admin side of things but I’m doing my best!

Thankfully, I have a fab team of brand reps behind me who do more than enough to support where they can, but it is still just me who makes all the orders, purchases supplies and stock, manages socials, admin, emails, messages etc.

Hopefully, from July/August onwards, things will get back to some kind of normal for Liv Like Busby, and I’ll be back to flooding your socials with gorgeous accessories, daily updates and my face (which I’m sure you’ve all missed 😉)

‼️IMPORTANT - OUR PRICES & REWARDS ARE CHANGING ‼️

This is the kind of post I absolutely HATE writing, but as of 26th February there will be some (to be honest, very minor!) price increases across the website.

I take the hit for supplier increases for as long as feasibly possible for you guys, but once again everything’s getting a little too costly! I’m also super proud that in almost 4 years of running this business, I’ve only ever increased my prices ONCE 🙏

This is also your notice for anyone who is signed up to our rewards that these will be leaving the site soon, so I can restructure customer rewards in a way that works for both me and you guys ❤️ please use any rewards earned by 26th February as I would hate for you to lose them (I will also be sending an email to anyone that the system shows me has rewards to use!).

And last, but not least, turnaround time for February & March will likely increase to 4-6 weeks as STANDARD with some orders taking 6-8 weeks. This is as I prep for the biggest event of the year.
