My lovely Sasha💕 I have everything crossed that you start to feel better soon after your lumbar epidural steroid injection. I know you still have 2 more to go after this and I really hope they help you to move more freely and without pain in the future. Sasha has been diagnosed with Degenerative Lumbosacral Stenosis with disc compression and spinal cysts. She has been on pain medication for a while to help manage this. Just recently, in December, she started to limp and it seems the disease has started to progress again. Hopefully the steroid injections will improve things for her🙏🏼 I have everything crossed for her. I have missed her this week, especially with the snow we’ve had. She loves walking in the snow!! ❄️ Get well soon Sasha Bear💕💕

The dogs have all had fun in the snow today! Everything looks so pretty with a sprinkling of the white stuff❄️❄️❄️ I definitely prefer winter walks to summer ones. Is that weird?! 🤣
