Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Any appointment cancelled or missed without 24hrs notice will incur a charge. This charge will be the cost of the full groom. If you fail to arrive for an appointment twice, then the cost of
the groom and any charges will need settling when the rebooking the appointment. Drop off and Pick Up
Please allow 3hrs for your dogs appointment. You will be notified within the 3hrs to collect your dog. Please don’t turn up to collect your dog if you haven’t been notified that they are ready for collection. Please arrive on time for your appointment (as best as you can)
Please collect your dog within 30 minutes of us notifying you that they are ready. If your dog is left with us for longer than 30 minutes charges may occur. Prices
Our prices are based on your dogs coat type, the length of the appointment required, the style that you require, the size of your dog and also your dog being regularly groomed at home, as well as by us. We recommend weeks between appointments for example 6, 8, 10 weeks for your dogs best interest. If Posh Paws feels that the coat has been left to long and has become matted, then we reserve the right under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 to remove your dogs matted coat, to a length which is in your dogs best interest. Any injuries caused in the process of de-matting, and veterinary treatment is required, Posh Paws will not be liable for any financial costs. A de-matting fee of £10 will also be added to the cost of the groom. A de-matting consent form will be completed at the time of drop off. Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, Posh Paws will seek immediate medical assistance for your pet (at the owners expense) Posh Paws will make all possible attempts to contact the owner in the event of an emergency.
