Hello everyone!

Just a few quick things:

•In regards to cancellations, please give me as much notice as possible. I would really appreciate 24 hours at least as this gives me the chance to be able fill in the slot. I understand not everyone is able to provide lots of notice. When there is a cancellation with very short notice, I am unable to fill in that slot resulting in me losing that income.

•If you have booked in a dinner time slot and have decided to work from home or at home for any other reason, please let me know as I can provide these dinner time slots to dogs that are being left alone for long periods of time. This is my most requested time slot that I can’t guarantee to everybody.

•Please book in as soon as you know which days you are needing a walk/visit to avoid disappointment. I appreciate some people only know last minute but I will not be able to guarantee those walks/visits as I sort out my calendar at the end of every week for the following week. I will try my best to fit in any last minute walks/visits.

•I do have lots of requests for weekend walks/visits/daytime sittings. This is not something I am able to promise if I have my own plans or an overnight stay as I do not want to leave dogs alone for long periods of time. I will try my best to help out over a weekend but I can not guarantee I will always be available with these being my days off work or being booked with an overnight stay.

•In regards to calls/messages, I will always get back in contact. I am extremely busy through the day walking dogs and try my best to answer all messages when I can. I will always get back in contact so I apologise for any delays.

I threw a handful of kibble into the air so it would spread across the grass. I did this to allow Bailey to sniff out the kibble. Sniffing is SO important for your dogs as it activates and exercises their brain providing lots of mental stimulation.
