Working dogs together
A common problem in the ring can be siblings or house mates in the ring together. Work on the two dogs focus to the handler and not each other

Getting the most from your dog
Make sure your dog is working to the best of their ability and you are getting the most from them. Motivating your dog
Is your dog a bit sluggish in the ring? We can help you bring the motivation and fun back for your dog

Help with theory, show paperwork and Q&A session over coffee
We can help with entry forms, setting up online accounts, talk you though what to expect at a show or anything else you can think of

At Winning Paws we believe in positive reinforcement. This means rewarding the dog when it does something right. This can be achieved through food, toys and fuss. Prices start from £25 an hour for one to one sessions

I've been meaning to make this one for AGES as it's for my own puppy, as his puppy lead has got too small (I have to let go of it to place over his shoulders!) Now I have a lead long enough to place over his shoulders while still having g the lead in my hand that will hold his head. The beads act as a stop for when placing over his shoulders too.

Slip collars can be an ideal collar for many dogs, and a Slip in braided satin cord can be a great alternative to a snake chain for puppies or noise sensitive dogs.

I never recommend a chain for puppies, while I do use them myself on those who are trained and confident, I don't like the noise for young pups or those lacking confidence.

A soft slip collar doesn't make the noise but can be used to hold on the stack, or kept loose on the dog. Made to measure, something like this one will cost just £8. It's also a cheaper alternative and can be made in any colour, or colour combination to match the dog.

* Lead style

* Thickness (choice of 5mm or 8mm)
* Colours (up to 4 for 5mm, or 6 for 8mm)
