🎉The Little Grooming House is back open!🎉
I am very pleased to let you know that after being closed for maternity leave that I am back open 🤗. My new opening hours will be 9-5 Monday, Thursday & Friday 🕘-🕔
I currently have capacity to take on a few more doggies so do get in touch if you would like to book an appointment📆
Thank you very much for your patience during my leave, it has been a really lovely time in my life with our little lad💙. He loves animals and one of his first words has fittingly been 'doggy’ 🐶. Perhaps a little helper in the making in years to come😍

The time has come for me to say goodbye for a few months as we await the arrival of our newest and littlest member of the team 🤰🏽
I can’t thank all of my wonderful customers and doggies enough for your custom, patience and generosity - particularly over the past year. Everyday with your furry friends is genuinely such a pleasure and I am really going to miss fussing them something special! 💛
I will be back in the new year and will post update as soon as I have confirmed the date 📅

My name is Georgie Buxton and I am the owner of The Little Grooming House.
From a young age I have always loved dogs, and after 10 years working in marketing in London I decided to quit the city life and follow my passion and do something that makes me truly happy; being with dogs every day.
At The Little Grooming House your dog will receive the greatest care and attention as I strive to offer the highest quality service for you and your pet, at all times. I operate on a one-to-one basis and appointments designed to be long enough to allow our fluffy friends time to settle into their treatment and enjoy the experience without being hurried through the process, which can cause stress and anxiety.
I have been trained to the highest standard at GroomArts Academy by Laura Campanella, who is widely recognised as one of the best in the dog grooming industry. I am also trained in Canine First Aid and work within the Animal Welfare Act guidelines, to ensure your dog is under the best care at all times.
The Little Grooming house is equipped with the very latest equipment including the latest generation of Hydrobath, which has many beneficial properties. Hydrobaths are proven to provide the deepest cleanse as it allows a combination of shampoo and water to pe*****te the coat getting right to the skin, helping to remove dry dead skin cells, embedded flea eggs and other materials that can be hidden and hard to get rid of. It also provides a therapeutic water massage that helps with blood circulation and relieves tired muscles.
My favourite part of being a dog groomer is getting to know the likes and dislikes of my furry clients and doing all that I can to make the grooming process as enjoyable as possible for them. In particular, I like to help dogs who may be a bit more nervous than others to feel more comfortable and to overcome their fears over time, with a few extra cuddles and kisses along the way.
