Please don't watch if easily upset but lots if people have asked what Penny is actually doing. She's had 6 if these now since Tuesday evening the longest lasting 8 minutes. I wasn't going to post the videos but this is how she looks. Very much confused, scared disoriented and just doesn't know what's going on in her life. She is hunched over but this isnt pain, vet believes its fear, at one point I actually thought she was shutting down.
She has had a number of tests, she's on medication and atm she is back to my normal puppy. The meds are only for 2 weeks and vet has said to expect a possible deterioration once she stops them.
I will post a video in comments of how she is atm. Thank you to everyone who has asked, let me rearrange and understanding while I'm one exhausted dog mum 💚

Fireworks... we are lucky that penny can't hear them.and so far Leia isn't bothered but my Saffron was petrified, like cower on the floor and p*e petrified. I tried numerous things for her but rescue remedy drops in her water for about 4 weeks before bonfire night and this wrap definitely helped.
Thinking of all the owners and pooches tonight when the bangs are likely to be at the worst.
Tips I was given were
Make a dark den
Keep things normal. No extra fuss or anything different from normal.
Lights on
Back ground noise
Some worked some didn't... 😔

Back at vets yesterday as she was extremely poorly Thursday night. Heart scan clear, infact she's a fit, healthy, strong pooch. This means it's almost positively in her brain. Got some meds, no walks for two weeks though she can play with Leia at least. Hope she doesn't have any more episodes and the meds control it for now at least. 🩷🩷

Leia was absolutely petrified of this so we rehomed it... safe to say this crazy monkey definitely isn't scared of it 🤣🤣🤣

Clearly Raph loves a snuggle and that's OK with me ❤️

Today I said goodbye to Phoebe as a regular. . Phoebe has been with me since almost the beginning of Krazy about K9's so it was a sad one. Hopefully see you again pup, keep wiggling 💜🧡
