Making twin packed Micro Hesston Ryegrass Haylage today, giving an 80x94 bale package. Aimed at the larger user, these bales weigh approximately 250-280kgs and will be available in a few weeks time.

The last 26 bales of all 500 Wholecrop Silage that we have made cleared from the temporary field stack. Whilst the majority has gone to a large cow farm locally , these are going to the small but growing petting Farm to feed their cows, sheep and goats over the coming months.

Managed to sn**ch another 5acres or so of hay this evening, before tomorrow's rain🙄 Absolute STUNNING quality 👌, it will all be under cover tonight.

We have managed to make a HUGE amount of fabulous quality hay and Haylage so far this harvest. We have hay available in both the Micro Hesston and in conventional bale packs. We also have a good stock of Pure Timothy hay available in Conventional Bale packs.

Tractor operator required for small, but very busy contracting enterprise making Hay and Haylage. We are looking for the following attributes.

Must be physically fit,
Have a good sense of humour
Must have common sense
Must NOT be afraid of hard work
Must be capable of listening and following instructions
Must be comfortable working alone
Must be able to commit to long hours when the weather is right

We would prefer someone with at least a little experience, although being the right person for us is what will count

We offer a High quality Contracting service aimed mainly at the equine industry, we focus mainly on Grassland and Paddock Maintenance.

Some of our services include: Grass Harrowing and Over seeding, Flail mowing and topping, Hay and Haylage making, Bale wrapping, any size, from a conventional up to a 6 ft round.

We offer Grassland spraying for Ragwort, Dock, Thistle etc.We also supply and apply Liquid fertiliser to Grassland.
