We are basically FULLY BOOKED for about 18 months lol 😆 😂 😅 🤣 I'm glad I'm sitting down!! Xx

Ok, so far, I've done 188 schedules 🤪🤯 and still have at least another 70+

Once they are done, I'll be sending them out to everyone xx

But please note I do my best to give the days and times you want, but it's not always possible as sometimes 25 people want the same time and day xx

If any need changing, I do my best, but I'm going to be so honest with you right now.....

I dont think there are going to be spaces left as there isn't much left now, and I'm not finished, lol. If you get a schedule and didn't ask for one, I've done it to make sure you still get in because there won't be any option if you call up and try to book.

At present, the 2024 diary is now FULL until the end of the year - that's 6 months booked out xx

We have no room for new clients and no wiggle room for changes 🤦‍♀️

I'm not sure when I'll be finished but I'm spending so many hours because it's a big job xx

So I thank you for your continued custom and support and for keeping me and Nic so busy lol ###

The Diary for 2025 is open!!

Yes I know it's only July 2024 BUT.....

Alot of you wonderful people have been asking so the giant task is under way.

If you want to make sure I don't miss you off my 5 page list please comment below with dogs name, best day and time that suits you and how often.

Please note I do my best to make sure you all get the rights days and times but there are alot of schedules to do lol 😆

Plus Nic has sorted her holidays so we will be working around them 😀

Yes you read that right, it's not even the end of May and we only have 70 Appointments left for the rest of the year xx

We are still not able to take new clients due to how booked out we are,

If you are a regular client and you haven't booked out for the year give us a call,

ALL REMINDERS will now be sent 48 hours before your apps and any cancellations that are less then 24 hrs notice will be charged as short notice we cannot fill gaps and it's not fair that the groomers miss out, its like turning up at work and your boss saying sorry cant pay you for the first 2 hours. xx

We know life happens and we do our best to understand but we also do our best to help with reminder texts xx

IMPORTANT POST!!!!

As its getting warmer it does mean fleas are more likely on your pets from their walks and adventures. But what does this mean for grooming? X

Well short and not so sweet version means if a dogs is found to have fleas they will need to be collected ASAP and we most times have to close down, cancel all our other apps and smoke treat the shop.

Now we treat monthly anyway and again when a dog has them.

But we lose money, and we get other clients that then can't come in and it messes things up 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Now this may seem a little over the top BUT I hate them, I literally have a phobia and I don't want to run any risks as they breed fast and in large numbers

There is a £20 flea charge as well as the products we use are not cheap.

Our reminders also clearly ask for you to flea check your dog before their visit. The main areas to look are, Belly, ears, lower back/bum and neck. They are small fast and highly annoying 😑

If you're not sure what the best products to use please message or call me to have a chat, we are here to help in all areas of your pets welfare, well-being, and happiness ###x

Hey Everyone, it appears someone has stated we are closing down. This is so NOT TRUE!! 😆😆 We are extremely busy, booked out for months, and after we do the schedules for 2025 we will probably be booked out for the year ###xx

Hey Everyone!!

So Nic is now off for 2 weeks (not a holiday but to do jury service!), the shop will have different opening hours but myself (ky) and sammi from Styled by sammi will still be there working.

Nic is fully booked until end of Nov and she has very limited availability for Xmas, YES I SAID IT!! 🤣🤣🤣

So if anyone is wanting an Xmas app comment below and I'll get them all sorted for you xx 😘
