This is Milo, he was our first ever guest and holds a very special place in our hearts. He went missing from his home at Woodcote Way, Walton, Chesterfield a week before his owners emigrated. They searched everywhere for him, but no sign whatsoever. If you live around Walton, Chesterfield then please could you keep a look out for him and if you see him then please let me know immediately (07710623722). I will come and get him and help reunite him with his lovely owners.

Milo is very friendly, please help us reunite Milo with his mum and dad.

Today I had the great honour of being accepted by Albert (black and white). It’s taken Albert a few days to fully accept me, however we got there. Winnie accepted me the minute she arrived! As some of you know I adopt a zero pressure way of gaining the trust and love of our guests, I never approach them, they must feel comfortable enough to approach me, approaching them applies pressure, I spend hours drinking copious amounts of tea and chatting with our guests (mainly about random farm, weather or horse stuff!) and I know at some stage, on their terms and in their timescale, they will come to me and the bond is built. I want guests to love coming back and there is no better feeling when a previously shy or nervous guest returns and is confident and accepting and ready for their holidays!
