Private, Secure Dog Walking Field. 2 1/2 acres with 2m fencing. £10 per hour Field rental for private use. There is only you and anyone you arrange to meet in the field. Maximum 6 dogs (please contact us if there will be more than 6 dogs).

We are Austonley Irish Wolfhounds, we breed and show Irish Wolfhounds and Barklands Secure Field is our space where we can exercise our 9 Irish Wolfhounds, 1 German Shepherd, 1 Whippet, 1 Rescue Lurcher & 1 White Swiss Shepherd, safely and securely (13 dogs!!!!). We do lots of walking locally but its nice to have a secure space they can all be off lead. We do take them out in smaller groups, we are very busy so regularly take all 13 into the field for a mad hour in between the private bookings.

Bookings can be made via the ‘Book Now’ button at the top of our page or on our website:

Please note that bookings are for 1 hour and start at the time the booking begins. A 1 hour and 15 minute time slot is allocated so you can get out of the field in time for the next booking to arrive and begin their hour.

Cancellation or Rescheduling of bookings can only be done no later than 48 hours prior to your booking. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours of your appointment will still be charged at the full price of £10 per hour. Bad weather will be taken into account when considering cancellation charges.
