A big night at dog club last night!

🐾 Congratulations to Lucy, Jess, Mabel, Ted, Virgil and Skye for passing their Kennel Club Good Citizens Bronze award 🏆. They were all amazing. And big thank you as always to Lynne for coming to do the assessing.

🐾 Congratulations to Ralph for getting the first Honley Dog Club Silver Award 🏆

🐾A sad farewell to Asher and Heather, who's last class it was. We'll miss Asher's literal laid back approach to training!

Thank you all for generously supporting the raffle and guess the weight of Jackie's fabulous cake at our Christmas Party!

We raised an impressive £184 pounds which the club have matched making the donation £370

The chosen charity is the wonderful Fireside K9 who I'm sure you'll agree do excellent work 😊

🐾🎅🐾🎅Reminder that there are no usual classes on Wednesday as it's Christmas party day!

🐾We'll be starting the festive fun at 6.30pm with food, tombola, doggy party games and maybe even a visit from Santa himself!

🐾There will also be a guess the weight of the cake competition with Jackie kindly making one of her delicious cakes!

🐾Money raised will be donated to a dog charity to be chosen on the night.

Reminder for the top class for Wednesday.

🐾As Wednesday 18th is Silver Test day, can those in the top class who aren't taking it, please come to the second class starting at 7:20pm

🐾Those taking their test go through the back doors to wait in the smaller room

🐾The test is starting at 8pm with the road walk and getting in/out of the cars before moving into the main hall which gives time for the second class to finish

🐾Please make sure your dog has a tag on it's collar with the name and address of the owner as a minimum with the phone number also recommended
