Phoenix Pet Care is an overnight in-home pet sitting service covering all aspects of daily care 24/7. I am fully insured and well versed in basic pet first aid.

I have been looking after pets professionally for over 8 years. Growing up, I spent my childhood on a small goat farm and was involved of all aspects of livestock care from milking to new born care. I have never been far from a dog or cat and have also owned chickens, fish and a variety of rodents. Throughout my time as a pet sitter, I have looked after many different breeds of dogs, cats, farm an

imals, and the occasional reptile! I am passionate about what I do and aim to deliver top notch care designed to fit you and your pets' needs. I've just had a lovely weekend with Mr. Blue! We weathered the storm for a couple nights and kept nice and warm and cozy inside. Blue is a cuddley giant. He's very big for a Shepherd but wouldn't hurt a fly. He's very loving and gentle and such a stunning dog. Absolutely majestic. I loved getting to know him and can't wait for next time. 😊🐾

Indie and I took a drive out to the coast this afternoon! It was breezy and chilly but invigorating, and we thoroughly enjoyed our romp! The sea was moody and wild and Indie loved getting sole fresh salty air. 🌊

Enjoying some fair autumn weather the past couple days with this beautiful bunch. Great for long afternoon walks and kitty cuddles in the evenings.
Indie is such a happy pup, especially when we are out walking. She loves time outside and finding new places to explore. She also loves her meal times and gets so excited when she sees the food coming. 😅 She loves lounging in her favourite comfy chair or on a sofa and is a big fan of pillows. Creature if comfort. 😊
Lillith the fluffy grey kitty prefers to be rather aloof a lot of the time but will randomly appear in my lap as the most affectionate cat ever. 😆 She loves head pats and I swear she smiles when I stroke her between the ears. She is mesmerised by the reflection my phone makes on the ceiling and will stare up at it as long as I'm moving it around. Freddy loves lounging in his favourite spots but sometimes he will get a burst of energy and walk around 'talking'. He's got a lot to say. 😅 He loooves treats and will sit on his hind legs waving his paws at me when he wants them. How can you say no to that? He also become very affectionate at times but on his own terms. Typical cat behaviour. 😆 I'm loving the big personalities these sweet pets have!

After a wonderful time with the gorgeous Sky, I am back with this lovely trio. Sky really is a special cat. Each animal I care for is unique and lovely in their own way. And I look forward to getting to know Lillith, Freddy, and Indie even more over the next couple weeks. 😊🐾🐾🐾🐾

I am continuing to have a lovely time with sweet Sky. 😌 He loves flopping in my lap and licking with his very rough tongue. 😆 He also loves being brushed and groomed which is a great thing seeing as he's got a very fluffy coat! Sometimes I think I am wearing more of his fluff than he is. 😅 He's so loving and extremely sociable. He wants to be wherever I am, close by if not on my lap. I got a pic of him looking quite angelic last night in the map light. He may just be an angel in disguise. 😇 I'm so lucky to meet and care for such amazing animals!

Now spending a few days getting to know the absolutely stunning Sky! 😍 He is one of the sweetest cats I have ever met. And he loves cuddles! From the moment I came in, he's been my best friend. 😅 And yes, he's as soft as he looks. He's such a loving animal and just want pets and affection. Sometimes he'll go off and do his own thing but he'll be back meowing for more dreamies and lap time soon. I'm loving this boy. 😊

After a lovely few days with Mr. Gibbs, I am getting to know some new furry friends. I have the pleasure of looking after Lillith, Freddy, and Indie over the weekend. They are all really lovely and we are getting on just great! Lillith has already decided I make a comfy seat, and Freddy sat on his hind legs and waved at me which was one of the cutest things I've seen in a long time. 😂 Indie was a bit anxious to see her Mum and Dad go but she's settling well and we had a nice walk this evening. She just wants to be wherever I am and who could ever resist those puppy dog eyes. 😍

It's been a lovely weekend with Gibbs! We had a big storm come through Saturday night and strong wind all day yesterday. So Gibbs has spent a lot of time nice and cozy in his bed after a very blustery walk! Such a sweet little fellow. 😊

Spending a few days with Mr. Gibbs! He is a sweet older boy who loves sun bathing and a tasty treat for tea. Don't let his old age fool you, he's still up for a good walk and has lots personality. He is a gentle soul and is happy snoozing in his bed if he can't find the sun. He doesn't like rain and may dislike the winter as much as I do. 😆 I don't blame ya bud, I'd love to sun bathe all year round too. 😎

I said goodbye to these lovely three yesterday. We had a great week and a half together and I'm already looking forward to next time! They are very special dogs and it's a pleasure to be part of their pack. 😊

Back with these fab three for the next week and a bit! They are long time clients that I know very well now which makes settling in with them lots of fun. I've gotten to know their quirks and personalities and they are absolutely brilliant dogs. Lottie may be smallest but she is definitely pack leader. She loves to play and tell the others off if they disagree with her. 😅 She doesn't like seeing other animals on the TV and loves guarding me on the sofa. 😆😍 Zale is a sweet quiet boy. He misses his people when they leave but starts feeling better after a couple walks and some snacks. He gets so excited to go outside, he zips right out the door and I just go along for the ride. 😂 Ærwyna is the youngest of the bunch. She is a really happy girl and just loves being with me and the other dogs. She is a bit anxious of loud noises and new dogs but is doing so well with her lead walking. She is also super fluffy. 😅
What a great bunch. 🐾🐾🐾

I said goodbye to Honey on Tuesday but not before we enjoyed a beautiful sunset Monday evening. 🌅 It was a little chilly with the wind but she was very impressed. 😅 I thoroughly enjoyed looking after her. She became my little shadow and had to be in whatever room I was in. 😊 Already missing her little paws trotting after me. I love bonding with the pets I care for. It makes the goodbyes bittersweet but let's me know it was a job well done. 😌

Honey and I have had lovely weekend although today's weather has been much wetter and wilder than yesterday's warm sun! Such is the nature of early autumn! No matter the weather, Honey loves a good snuggle and being tucked in every night. 😅 Such a sweet girl. 😊
