I have been looking after pets professionally for over 8 years. Growing up, I spent my childhood on a small goat farm and was involved of all aspects of livestock care from milking to new born care. I have never been far from a dog or cat and have also owned chickens, fish and a variety of rodents. Throughout my time as a pet sitter, I have looked after many different breeds of dogs, cats, farm an

This is little Bo. It's her very first time spending a few days away from her mum and dad and she's slowly been adjusting to my company. She has been a bit apprehensive about this arrangement but has definitely formed an attatchment to me which is lovely to see. 😊 She may be anxious around new people, but she'll happily be your friend once she gets to know you! She's an absolute sweetheart with wild energy. She can be very calm and knows how to sit, wait, and heel. Then the next thing you know, she's falling into a puddle or leaping around like she's got springs in her feet. 😂 I actually managed to tire her out after a walk today which is a big accomplishment. 😆 She's only 18 months old, so still very much a baby. I've really been enjoying getting to know her. 🐾

And that's a wrap! Almost 3 weeks with these boys! We saw it all; brilliant sun, torrential rain, flooding rivers, fog, snow, sleet, freezing temps, mud, so much mud, and everything in between. 😂 We logged so many miles, went through a few dozen tins of dog food, chased about a million balls, washed as many dog towels, and always had room for another treat or five. 😆 In all seriousness, Monty and Dougie are wonderful dogs. They are smart, sensitive, and really nice company. Monty is a trained gun dog, has brilliant recall, and a nose that can sniff out anything. 🙌 Dougie was my little shadow, always up for a good game of fetch, and loved singing for his dinner. 😅 We had a blast exploring the countryside together and chilling by the fire at night. Until next time boys! 🐾🐾

Monty and Dougie and I are having a blast! Managing to enjoy the fields and streams despite the very wet whether! We've had the sun peek through here and there as well! Today we had a lively game of fetch in the blustery wind then washed off the mud in the river. Doug will go anywhere the ball is thrown. 😆 Monty doesn't like to give his up easily and just carries it around chasing Dougie most of the time. 😅 Such great characters! Both absolute sweethearts. 🐾🐾

Enjoying lots of long walks with these two! Dougie loves to walk right behind me, he's my little shadow. Occasionally he get distracted by snuffling after some small creature in the grass or having a roll around in the mud. 😆 He's a cheeky little guy, and knows what he wants. He gets very jealous if he thinks Monty's getting too much attention. 😅 Monty loves charging about and exploring on our walks, taking in all the sights and smells. He loves convincing Dougie to chase him around. He'll sometimes find a big stick and prance around proudly hoping I'll try to take it off him so he can dart away out of reach. 😅 He's very smart and well trained to come back immediately if he gets too far ahead. He's memorised his usual walking routes so he's helping me find my way through fields and hidden paths. After an afternoon of walking and fetch, both dogs needed a good snooze. 😌

I am loving getting to know Monty and Dougie! They are such a great duo. They're lucky to have endless fields and country lanes for long walks every day. We absolutely made the most of this stunning day that felt more like September than November! Sunshine can be hard to come by this time of year and the lush greens mixed with robin egg blue made a stunning scene. Monty was very proud of his giant stick and Dougie was just happy trailing behind me stopping to burry his nose in the dirt every now and then. 😅 Happy dogs! Looking forward to a great time with these boys. 😎🐾🐾

After saying goodbye to sweet Indie, I am now spending some time with the beautiful Sky. 😊 He's such a smart perceptive boy. He's very self aware and sometimes it's almost like being with another human! He has been loving his cuddles during this visit and always comes looking for a warm lap. He just loves attention, pets, grooming, soft blankets, his treats, and being talked to. He will often follow me around carrying on his side of the conversation. 😅 He's such a handsome little gentleman. Very much enjoying my time with him. 🐾🐈‍⬛️

Yesterday, Indie and I attempted a hike in Dartmoor. It turned out to be very wet, cold, windy and muddy. 😅 We were greeted by an immediate rain shower and dodged showers and sheep for the rest of our walk. By the time we got back to the car we were both a bit soggy and muddy but at least we got in a walk! And we even found a rainbow. 😎 Autumn has definitely come to the Moors. 🍂
