I filled up the water containers earlier, the water bowl in the far field was left in the full sun and the water was HOT. Only fill what you need and empty afterwards.
Please think about the next visitors, as well as your own dogs.
🔸HOSE PIPES - run the water for a short while and check the temperature before filling bowls or hosing down your dog
🔹FUN FIELD - water on tap - empty bowl after use
🔹MIDDLE FIELD - The granite trough should remain cool, you can always scoop it out with your hand whilst running the tap for a cooler supply.
🔹WOODS - The water container is in the shade and should stay cool, I have also left an extra water container there.
🔹FAR FIELD - Container has shade, please leave bowl in the little 'kennel' next to the container
❗️I am doing extra checks but if you notice the containers getting low - please let me know

🔷Reschedules/Cancellations for Thurs 10th - Sun 13th July have been changed to 2 hours prior to your booking, after this time no refunds/reschedules will be actioned. It is your responsibility to manage your bookings.
When hot please be sensible ...
⛔️ Strictly NO ball games / agility / added stimulation
🟢 Keep in the shade - there is plenty in the tracks / woods
🟢 Ensure your dogs have access to water at all times
🟢 Use the pool or hose to cool your dog
🌳 Just relax in the woods and let your dogs have a mooch about at their own pace.
🟪 We will remain open - For many the shade in the woods is cooler than where they are staying ie on holiday staying in a caravan/static/tent 🥰
⛔️ Anyone seen with a ball thrower during this time will be asked to leave immediately!
‼️How to change your booking -
Go to your confirmation email and click 'Cancel*/Change Appt' tab towards the bottom of the email. Then select Reschedule or Cancel (ignore the line that says your information provided can no longer be changed - this only refers to the questions asked) this can also be done by logging into your account and clicking on the relevant appointment.
* Please note cancellation refunds are subject to a 10% deduction to cover the card processing charges.
