My name is Anna, I am based in Holsworthy, Devon. I provide general horse care services in the local area. I have been a horse person as long as I can remember. I have a wealth of knowledge.......and common sense! :)

I'm very reasonably priced with a rain or shine attitude! I am able to manage a crisis, cope with problems if they arise and look after your horse as you would yourself. I have also

looked after dogs, cats, chickens, goats, fish, parrots, calves and rabbits. Please contact me if you'd like me to take care of your smaller animals rather than horses. If I can help you to look after your neddy or small animals while you are away, give me a shout :)

Although, christmas isnt QUITE here and the year isn't over yet, I thought I'd be early for once and just say HAPPY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE AND A HAPPY 2025!!!!
It's been a busy year for me and a bit of a tough one for so many. We've very sadly lost some of our four legged friends this year and happily gained some new ones. Thank you to you all for your continued support throughout the year. Lots of love ❤️ enjoy your christmas festivities! 🎄🎅🎁🥂

Following on from my post about booking etc, I think for the minute I've decided to use Google calendar. This means that once we have messaged about dates, requirements etc, I can book you in with all the details and then you can confirm it from your end via email. So, in order to to do that, I need your email addresses please. If you have a booking with me in the future, please can you send me a message with your email address and just confirm that you are happy to do that. Or just to ask any questions. Of course I would never share your details with anyone else.

Hello lovely people.

With my busy home and work life getting ever busier, I'm thinking of setting up some kind of app booking system of some sort (not sure what yet, recommendations gratefully received). This would mean that you should get a confirmation of the booking etc. Would this suit everyone? I'm trying to reduce the amount of time I spend doing the admin side of things because to be honest... .I just don't have time (there's only one of me 🤣)

i have kissed soft muzzles, mended wounds, wrapped legs and spent sleepless nights on a hay bale in a freezing cold barn. I have cried and rejoiced in the same day. I curse unpredictable weather changes, loose dogs and unsupervised children. My horses eat better and dress better than I do. Ahhh the life of a freelance groom 🤣🤣 all your animals are treated just like they are my own. 💙💜❤️

I feel totally in love with my boy (merlin) at the mo. They test us sometimes but we love them to bits don't we. Let's have an "I love my horse/of/cat" appreciation post. Show everyone your four legged loves....horse, cat, dog, whatever 🐕🐴🐱

Well that's it...summer is done (and what a beauty it was!) I'm still out and about looking after various species of animals so give me a shout if I can be of any assistance! Keep warm and dry folks!
