We have started this from January this year, don't like putting this sort of thing out but needs must, but with a small business the increase in keeping the shop open is at its highest since I've been grooming and every no show really does plays its toll .. i find it so hard to charge you for a missed appointment as you are regulars, but we have no other choice .. hope you all understand and for your continued support xx

Hi guys just to let everyone that messaged know i will get back to you all as soon as I can . As we all see another year gone by… here’s not forgetting all the sad farewells that have been said this year also as many of your beloveds cross the rainbow bridge.
