🎉🐾 Belated Birthday Woofs to Ernie! 🐾🎉

We may be a day late, but the love is just as strong—Happy 6th Birthday to our wonderful group walk ‘navigator’ Ernie the Dachshund! 💙

Ernie leads the way on our early afternoon adventures in Beggarwood with style, sniffs, and a tail that never stops wagging. We’ll be walking together this afternoon, and I’ll be sure to give him some extra birthday cuddles (and maybe a treat or two 😉).

We hope his humans treated him to a well-deserved Puppuccino at Starbucks yesterday—he certainly deserves it! 🐶☕

🐾 Three Times the Fun with Lola, Daisy & Coco! 🐾

Here’s a glimpse into my recent pet sit with this gorgeous gang of young Labradors—well, almost! Lola, the ball-obsessed dynamo, is actually a Labrador Cocker Spaniel cross… and she brought the energy of both breeds in full force! 🎾

Once the ball was thrown, Lola was off like a rocket—no hesitation, no distractions, just pure focus and joy. Daisy and Coco were just as lively, showering me with affection and sticking to me like glue. I couldn’t move an inch without one (or all!) of them by my side 💛

Between playtime, cuddles, and mealtimes (blink and you’d miss it!), they kept me laughing and on my toes. And when I needed a moment of calm, I’d retreat to the bedroom where Pebbles the cat waited with soft purrs and quiet company 🐱
It was a whirlwind of wagging tails, muddy paws, and non-stop love—and I wouldn’t change a thing.

🐾 Two Weeks with the Wonderful Piper 🐾

Swipe through this collage to meet Piper—a beautiful Romanian rescue who stole my heart during a recent two-week pet sit 💛

When we first met, Piper was a little unsure of the world around her. But with gentle care, patience, and plenty of cuddles, her confidence blossomed day by day. We became inseparable.

🌿 Four walks a day meant endless adventures—Piper led the way to new places, always curious and brave. Her favourite pastime? Rolling gleefully in wet grass, tail wagging and eyes sparkling!

🛋️ When we weren’t out exploring, Piper loved nothing more than curling up on my lap for a cuddle (or three). She’s a true lap dog at heart and such a happy soul.
It was a joy to watch her grow more relaxed and playful with each passing day. These moments are exactly why I do what I do 💕

🎉🐾 Happy 6th Birthday to the wonderful Monty the Cavapoo! 🐾🎉

Monty may be enjoying a little holiday with his owner's parents this week, but his Walk or Sit My Pet pals—Elvis, Hector, Lola and Bramble—are wagging their tails in anticipation of his return! We can't wait to have him back for more fun, sniffs, and adventures on our small group walks.

🎉 Happy 4th Birthday to Woody the Sprocker! 🎂🐾

This handsome boy never fails to brighten our walks with his boundless energy and signature move—carrying not one, but two sticks at once! A true multitasker 😄

We’ll be celebrating with a birthday stroll this Tuesday, and I can’t wait to see what treasures he finds along the way. Big cuddles and tail wags to you, Woody! 💚

🐾 Charlie the Showstopper! 🐾

We’ve had the absolute pleasure of pet sitting Charlie, the handsome Show Cocker Spaniel with a big personality and an even bigger appetite! His owners were a little concerned he might go off his food, but we’re happy to report he tucked into every dinner with gusto and still had plenty of room for treats 🍽️👏

Charlie joined us on some scenic walks with Bramble, Monty, and Basil—plenty of fresh air, tail wags, and photo-worthy moments. 🐶💚

Looking forward to sitting for Charlie again soon!

🎉🐾 Happy 7th Birthday to Freddy the fabulous Border Collie! 🐾🎉

This handsome boy turns seven today, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to celebrate him! Freddy is full of charm, boundless energy, and a deep love for treats (we’re pretty sure he can sniff out a biscuit from a mile away 🍪👃).

Whether he’s trotting along on a walk or flashing that signature Border Collie grin, Freddy brings joy to everyone around him. We feel so lucky to have him as part of our Walk or Sit My Pet family 💙

🐾 Farewell, Charlie — Our Gentle Little Explorer 🐾

Today marked our final walk with Charlie the Cockapoo, who’s off to start a new chapter in a new area. For the past year, Charlie has been a regular and much-loved part of our Walk or Sit My Pet family — and what a joy he’s been.

Charlie’s friendly nature and easygoing charm meant he walked beautifully with every dog we paired him with — and there were many! His owner’s shift work meant Charlie joined us on all sorts of adventures, and he always greeted each one with a wagging tail and a happy heart.

Bramble and I will miss him dearly. He’s been a steady, cheerful companion on our walks, and it’s hard to imagine our routes without his bouncy trot beside us.

Wishing Charlie and his lovely owner all the best in their new home. Thank you for trusting us with your special boy — it’s been an honour.

🐾 Rusty & Sonic 🦎

I recently had the joy of caring for Rusty the Collie and Sonic the Bearded Dragon—two very different personalities, both equally delightful! Rusty brought the gentle charm and wagging tail, while Sonic added a touch of exotic calm to my week. It’s always a privilege to welcome such unique companions into the Walk or Sit My Pet family 💛

🐾 Just wrapped up a wonderful two-week pet sit with two gorgeous dogs and four fabulous cats—and I couldn’t feel more privileged to have been invited back for the third time 💛

Each visit deepens the bond, and this time was no exception. From tail wags to purrs, cuddles to playtime, these six furry characters kept me smiling every single day. It’s always a joy to care for pets in their own home, maintaining steady routines and keeping spirits high while their humans are away.

To top it off, I was truly touched by the thoughtful gifts from their lovely owners—such kindness means the world. I’ve popped a little collage below to share some of the happy faces (and generous surprises!).

🎉🐾 Happy 7th Birthday to lovely Lola the Cocker Spaniel! 🐾🎉

We celebrated a little early with a joyful walk yesterday—and although her usual partners-in-paws, Elvis and Monty, were off enjoying their holidays, Lola still had the best time. She made the most of her off-lead freedom, soaked up the countryside, and of course, tucked into a few well-deserved treats.

Here’s to many more adventures, tail wags, and biscuit-filled birthdays, Lola! 💛🎂
