Yesterday our were treated to an adventure escorting one of my liveries riding her horse for approx 2hrs up a rather big hill, across the M25 and generally exploring route 21. These dogs are extremely used to horses and are all excellent with recall and clear commands so we can all remain calm and safe around the larger animals!

I have slots available for daycare during Nov and Dec due to a cancelled boarding booking so if you'd like extra enrichment for your doggos, drop me a message. I have a rare Monday next week with plenty of space, but be quick!

Autumn has definitely landed and my daycare doggies had fun playing outside all day on Tuesday & Thursday last week.

Tuesday Luna celebrated her 10th birthday with her friends. Thursday we saw Maeve after a long time, re familiarising us before her stay in November!

We had a different kind of walk today; I walked the dogs out with one of my liveries whilst she rode her horse. The dogs were absolute pros, they're used to horses moving around them and it's given them exposure to much larger animals so if they meet a horse on a walk, it's no drama! Horses are just like overgrown dogs ☺️

I should add, both horse and dogs are good around each other... this is not always the case and both animals can be dangerous out of a controlled environment!

Who would be interested in organised group walks? Your dogs can introduce you to their daycare playmates and I'd welcome new faces who'd like to meet me and Luna! They'd be on a weekday evening or weekend daytime.

Locations:
🐾 Holmbury Hill to the viewpoint
👣 Holmwood Common circular
🐾 Petworth Deer Park
👣 Albury to Blackheath common
🐾 Stepping Stones river walk

Each would be approx 1.5-2hrs and it'll be £20 per dog (as many human handlers welcome).

Pls comment or message me if you'd be interested and do say if you've got a preference on the venue and I'll get the first date arranged!

We've had very hot dogs this week. Lots of resting in the cool shade at the yard between playtime and walking near water sources. I'm lucky to have air con at home which has been a welcome break out the sun at lunchtime!
