☀️ YOUR DOG AND HOT WEATHER ☀️

Here’s a few ideas on how you can keep your furry friends cool in the heat:

🐾 Walk your dog either early in the morning or late at night when it’s cooler

🐾 Make sure your dog has access to fresh drinking water

🐾 Provide your dog with a source shade or if it’s really hot keep them inside. Dogs can suffer from heatstroke and sunburn too!

🐾 Offer cooling treats such as ice or frozen cucumber

🐾 Mist your dogs face and paws with cool water or use a wet towel to wipe them down. Some dogs will like playing in a garden paddling pool

🐾 Use a cooling mat for them to lie on
