That’s me done for 2024!!!

I have a couple of you waiting for appointments for will get to those once I’m back off holiday now, but otherwise I’m pretty sure I’m all caught up now.

Thank you as always for continuing to support my little business, you’ve spoilt me this Christmas with beautiful gifts and food and flowers let alone the very generous Christmas tips, it’s always so so appreciated.

Have a wonderful Christmas , I’m actually away from Christmas Day until 2nd January so will be out of contact until then!

Just want to thank everyone who’s been so patient in moving around appointments and also those are still waiting on your bookings for next year.

Hectors finally getting a break from all the vet visits to Wi******er! They still don’t know what’s wrong with his heart so we’re back again in the new year for another scan and possibly more tests. But for now he can enjoy Christmas!

It’s been very stressful , at my busiest time of year , so to everyone of you who’s been patient and understanding, thank you so very much. I have a few more days to get through at work and I should get around to getting all your messages answered end of this weekend!!

As some of you know my poor Alf has had a rough couple weeks! He’s finally back home and fingers crossed on the mend.
I’m having to take time off to get him to vet appointments , and sadly Hector is also off for an MRI next week also needing time away from work, and quite probably more appointments for them both.
I’m working Sundays to catch up , as you can imagine this is the worst time of year to be needing time off and I really appreciate how understanding everyone has been.

I know many of you are still waiting for me to get next appointments sent over, please bear with me, I promise you will all get booked in as soon as o get a few spare hours to sit down with the diary, thank you for being patient!

As some of you know my poor Alf has damaged his eye and what with hector having surgery for a broken tooth last week it’s all a bit hectic!

I shall be sitting down with next years diary tomorrow.

Dates I’m away 25th May until 31st
And 16th July for 11 days
There will also be the Mondays and Fridays off in most of the half terms ( not the summer holidays though)

If you want to text over next years dates, or call me either is fine.

Just don’t call before 11am 🤣🤣 let me get a little lie in and a dog walk before I start 🤪🤪

Just a gentle reminder that bacs payments must be made on the day of your appointment.

I’m currently waiting on over £400 worth of payments. 🥺

Going forward can I please kindly ask anyone paying by bacs to pay before you collect, this will save me time chasing payments .

As always you can pay by cash on collection.

I’m fully booked now apart from a space on 11th December so let me know if you’d like that or want popping on the cancellation list!

I can highly recommend Tracey for this service. She walks my dog most days so is at my salon picking up the boys most days so if you get stuck and need help with transport give her a call!!

I’m going to be offering a new service of dog taxi! What will this be for?

So many dogs require trips to groomers and some of us find it challenging to make appointments to get them due during our working days! (I remember this from my office days!)

Let me take the strain off you and just make your life a little easier by being there taxi!

I can drop them off and collect them at the required time.

Today I really did cuddle lots of puppies ❤️❤️ how adorable are these guys. The first 8 are Cockerpoo’s siblings and the last two are sisters and poodle crossed ! All such good babies and all clean and beautiful ready to go to their new homes!

Next year appointments!

I will be getting next years diary in the next few weeks.

It’s become quite a task booking a year ahead so I’m doing things a little different this year.

I shall be seeing aside a Sunday ( date to be confirmed) to do block booking for next year.

This time I will be doing this over the phone, you will need to call me on that date ( please not before as I won’t have the diary ready I will update the date asap)

When you call please have a list of dates you’d like, , I will make sure my holiday dates are posted here before hand so please arrange your bookings around that. Make sure you have ( where possible ) a couple of options you can do on the weeks you would like.

I’m hoping this will cut down the time it takes in waiting for people to respond etc.

Please don’t arrange your bookings to stretch out or get extra ones before Christmas, I wish I could groom all the dogs but I really cannot, priority will be given to those who are due the two weeks before Christmas and if there is any space left they will be offered out to anyone else.

Any questions please pop them on here and I will let you all know asap when the diary is open!

Beautiful flowers from Tias mum yesterday, to say thankyou. Last groom I found a lump in tias a**l glands, tests showed it was cancerous and she’s recently recovered from a fairly big op to remove it all. She’s recovered like the little fighter she is and her prognosis is really good.
It’s easy for us to see changes in your dog that you might not notice when you’re around them every day, tias mum did the right thing listening to my concerns and getting her seen promptly that will have made all the difference to the outcome for Tia. Here’s to more years grooming Tia ❤️❤️
