Being a sufferer of Sarcoidosis has been hard and this marathon is to try and help raise awareness of this disease and also raise funds to help Sarcoidosis UK to do the amazing work that they do everyday. I suffered initially in my lungs and people who know me personally would have known that I had a cough for quite a while. Sometimes in a conversation I couldn't get more than two words out before another cough. Now luckily I'm in remission which means I can run again! Not without struggle, you'll see that I wear a strip on my nose to help my breathing and I also use my inhaler..... Were pleased to announce that we've managed to get an engineer out to come and fix our phone lines! Donald is most relieved as he can now catch up up on all the gossip.
