Baby owls are typically unable to fly but do leave the nest to strengthen their wings. They climb and jump on branches and rocks in a process called ‘branching’ which is where the term ‘branching out’ comes from! 🦉
Well someone decided to be very vocal and do their own commentary for the display before eventually flying for everyone! 🤣🦉

We’ve 9 new residents who are settling into their new enclosure nicely…meet the Huxley’s Meerkats! 🤩
They are very friendly and the meerkats will usually come and sit by the viewing bubbles in their enclosure, so please do come and see them! 🥰
