Medium Dog- from £38


Soap & Shine- £15-£30 depending on dog size

First Puppy Groom- £25

Hand Stripping from £45

If your dog is badly matted costs may vary.

BLOCK BOOKERS

All those that have had preliminary dates and have responded that the dates are OK, should now have their confirmation emails. If not shout.

I am still waiting on a few responses to my texts regarding if dates are OK. Until I know the dates sent are fine, they are not confirmed in the diary.

I am now going to be sending another batch of preliminary dates out to those still waiting. I would ask that you confirm to me ASAP so they can be put onto my software.

Please do not panic if you have not yet received your slots. I am working through them all this weekend. I want to thank you all for your patience as these would normally have been sent out. Life has been a little stressful and I have dropped the ball but am doing my best to get it done.

A big thank you to my fabulous understanding clients that had appointments moved due to a family emergency. Thankfully things have settled down again but your understanding has been much appreciated.

This has also impacted me getting all 2026 diary dates in and sent out. I realise I am way behind with these and will do my best to get them to you ASAP.

Last call for block bookings. I am starting to confirm appointments. Once appointments are confirmed with a client, I am unable to move them to accommodate someone.

I am not intending to work my days off to keep everyone on schedule as I will be busy on Grandma duty so please message to book in.

Customer Notice

I have nearly completed provisionally putting clients that have messaged for block bookings for 2026 in the diary. Once I have done this, I will message your appointments out to you. Please respond ASAP so that I can confirm these in the diary. My system will email each appointment out once it's confirmed.

Please note that the first and last appointments of the day are in high demand. You may have requested these but not got all the times you prefer due to demand. I have done my best to try to keep everyone happy so please bear that in mind.

Do not assume that I have added you to the list if we have not had a conversation regardless of how long I have groomed your dog. If you have not asked to block book, you are not in the diary. I have over 80 regular clients, so far 50 of you have requested to block book so if you have a particular day/time you like for grooming, you are very unlikely to get that now but there are plenty of appointments to go around. Please message if you would like to go on the list.

This process is hours of work so please be patient.

RuffCutz is now closed until the 3rd November. Just a couple of reminders.....

I am compiling a list of those requesting to block book for 2026. Please bear with me as it will take some time to get everyone in the diary. If you have not let me know you would like to block book your slots, please message me.

Due to a number of last minute cancellations which have affected my business recently, I have decided to implement a new system. My software will automatically invoice anyone that has cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or not shown for an appointment. The fee for late cancellations is 50% of the grooming price and 100% of the grooming price for no shows. This is in my T&C's which everyone has signed on registering with me. I have not been the best at asking for payment and recently I have felt my business cannot sustain the financial affects of this, so much so that the thought of giving up the grooming and changing profession has crossed my mind! So regardless of circumstances payment is required.

For a change, I will not be responding to any messages until my return on the 3rd November as I feel a break to reset and recharge is needed.

I am now taking block bookings for 2026. A little later than usual as I have been putting it off as my daughters baby is due in January and I will be on Grandma duty. I have decided to take bookings but I will need to rearrange those if baby arrives. If you are happy to be moved, then I am happy to book you in.

Please message me to block book on 07881788571. Let me know your preferred days, times and if 4/6/8/12 weekly slot. All that information will save me time in hunting through my system for your schedule. I will be open Tuesday/Wednesday and Thursdays. Please DO NOT leave a comment on this post as it may not be seen.

I will also be having a price increase from January 2026 of £2-£3. Thanks for your understanding.
