Just a heads up that I now have my spreadsheet of block bookers. Unless you have messaged me any changes, I will be working with the information provided at the start of the year.

I shall be pencilling everyone in for the rest of the year initially so that I can move people around if needed. I shall message out preliminary dates and once you let me know they are OK, they will be confirmed on my system.

Any holidays, please let me know via EMAIL. Any changes in preferences, please let me know via EMAIL. I shall do my best to book people in on their preferred days/times where possible.

I shall be emailing out to all clients as not everyone uses Facebook but my system may not allow you to respond to that email. Please respond to [email protected] .

🐾CUSTOMER NOTICE

I have had 3 no shows this week which is so rare for me thankfully. 1 would be rare so 3 has me like"what the hell is going on"! I will tell you what......life and sometimes life has many reasons for us to drop the ball and that's totally understandable.

I want to firstly thank those no shows for sending payment promptly for that missed slot. Thank you for understanding that my little business cannot take the losses and thank you for the apologies. Again I am grateful that I have a good client base and I do not need to fret over my T&C's as clients respect my time.

I was going to pop a post up reminding everyone of those T&C's but I really don't feel the need to.

Customer Notice

I am currently making a spreadsheet of your preferences for future block bookings. If these have changed since your last set of bookings, please let me know or I will use the current information I hold.

Any changes for bookings from June onwards then please send these via email to [email protected]. please do not WhatsApp or text as they may get lost. If you are unsure if I have your current preference then please email to double check, I have nearly 100 clients so unable to chase individuals.

I am now open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Information needed would be your preferred schedule (4/5/6/8 weekly) and any preferred day/time, am/pm. Please do not assume that if you ask for a particular time/day you will get it. I always try my best to keep everyone happy where possible. If you are happy to be popped into the diary wherever then please let me know as you will be my favourites 😆☺️

How do we get those teeth clean at RuffCutz......well with lots of kisses for Rory. He will do anything for some loving attention 😂🦷🪥♥️

Thought I would pop this video on of Daisy who comes to my door shaking like a leaf!! It's really not a torture chamber in here. I know my clients trust me and have been with me long enough to know it's full off love In here but does involve grooming 😂 This video is a few minutes from mum leaving Daisy and not a shake in sight. She must know it hurts mums heart to see her shaking but it's not getting her out of a groom 😂♥️🐾

Excuse the state of me. 😂 Toby comes in a nervous wreck bless him but comes alive once he knows he has managed to survive yet another groom 😂♥️🐾

Mickey is one of my older clients and coming up for 12 years old. He likes to lay down when possible and that's okay with me. When I need him to stand I support him with my arm as I prefer not to use grooming support aids/harnesses wherever possible. Mickey has been with me years and knows the process and he hasn't always rushed through the door. Trust can take time to build.♥️♥️🐾 I love my job ♥️🐾

Leia ❤️ This gorgeous girl can now walk to my door rather than be carried. Not keen to come over that doorstep but once inside my safe little grooming shed, the shivering stops and the kisses start. One day she will walk over that doorstep 🙏♥️

Lots have asked me to post photos so thought I would pop a couple of videos here. We had the best day with all of our nearest and dearest. You know me as the women covered in dog hair and looking a state but I am also known for throwing great parties and our day was all about fun, love and laughter and the bridal party led the way ❤️

Alfie, Rory and Teddy♥️. A day for the boys today 💙🐾

Alfie ♥️ Alfie is moving away soon and has only one more groom with me 😩. I have been grooming him for years and although he isn't a fan of the grooming, we get there and he leaves happy. I scissor those legs as best I can as Alfie isn't keen on the clippers as they stress him out. He is a lovely old fella and shows me so much love and I love him right back. 😍♥️🐾

Pixie ♥️🐾 Pixie has been coming in for puppy familiarisation sessions and today was her first big girl hair do. We took it slowly and she was a star today. That first full groom is never the best hair cut as its all a learning curve and we have to get it right for a lifetime of grooming. My aim is for a happy puppy cing in and going out. Well done mum on brushing and combing. ♥️☺️🐾

Phoebe did amazing today. It was her 3rd session with me and first full groom. We have been getting use to the sounds etc of RuffCutz and although wary of the feeling of the clippers cutting through her hair, she soon realised it's not too scary. Well done that girl 😊❤️🐾

Binky is not keen on a groom but we have made huge progress since coming to RuffCutz. She originally would not even look at me and sit with her back to me for as much of the groom as she could. She would panic if I picked up a foot and back away and sometimes squeal in anticipation of something she did not like. This is today and so proud of the trust she is showing me. We don't get that perfect groom but we do get a Binky that is comfortable and happy and she shows me some love and that's what it's all about at RuffCutz. Well done my girl ❤️❤️🐾
