Just a polite notice if your unable to attend your appointment could you please give us at least 24hrs notice so we can offer the appointment to another customer, we understand sometimes that things may crop up which means you carnt attend, but this is happening more frequently and as a small business it affects our livelihood, we have a waiting list of people who could take the appointment, we know that a last minute cancellation sometimes can not be helped but a quick text or call would be much appreciated, if this continues to happen unfortunately we may have to start and take deposits on all bookings which we dont really want to do but we have bills to pay, hope you all understand after the last couple of year things are hard enough as is.
