Today I had the lovely Bear in for his groom. The progress of this little boy is amazing, we now make it fully through being bathed and dried without trying to bite me or my dryer. While I actually groom him he's kept safe from being able to bite me or my equipment, ensuring that neither him or myself get hurt. He also now tolerates me clipping his paw pads and doing his nails. I'm so pleased with him. 🥰🥰 🐾🚿🫧🐶🐕

As 2024 draws to and ends I just want to take the time to say a massive Thank you! So in the new year I am aiming to open the salon one Saturday morning a month for walk in nail Clipping, I will be open 9-12. My first Saturday will be the 11th of January and then the 22nd of February. Nail clipping is £10 per dog. 🐾🐕

I have been on a very lovely holiday! To see the big man him self! We have had the most fantastic and magical time with the kids soaking up some Christmas magic in Lapland. One last day to work and then that will be me fully done for Christmas!

I want to wish all of you a very merry Christmas and to say thank you for helping me get my businesses off the ground. I can't wait to see what next year brings for me with Heritage Hounds Grooming Co. I look forward to seeing you all soon!

Here's a video of me bathing our very own fluffy, this is wash number one of two. I apply the shampoo to a dry coat and work it into a lather, I make sure to start from the back end and work my way forward, I then use a nice facial (which is kind on their eyes) on her as I do with all dogs, this is allowed to sit for a while, which allows any crustie eyes to soften making it easier for them to be removed. I then give her a wash off and then begin the process all over again. Once she's all washed and clean of any soap suds I give her a dry with towels and then begin to dry her with the high velocity dryer. 🐕🐾🐶🚿❤️😍
