Fantastic day yesterday at Ali’s Dojang Open in London. We took a small team of Dan grades to compete and they delivered brilliant performances, resulting in 7 medals, a PB and first time competition in new categories 🥋Thanks to teams Nomad, Bluewave, Arumchan and Loughton for your team colllaboration 🖤💛

Court running orders for Sunday 🥋🖤💛🇬🇧Doors open at eight please arrive no later than 9am as we have a busy day so the athlete wristbands to get into the venue will be given out on the door before coaches briefing etc. There will be no coaches free to do this after 9am. We get there as a team, we stay there as a team!! 🙌🏼
