We are all absolutely heartbroken to hear the very sad and sudden news of Polo’s trip over the doggy rainbow bridge 🌈😭💔 From walking him & his gorgeous sister Ella, to pampering him (and he’d make sure everyone knew about it😆🗣️🔊📣) 🥰 He had the biggest & best personality and it has been a pleasure to be a part of his life for 5 whole years! 🐾 We love you Polo bear 🐻 Rest peacefully sweet boy 🤍

🐾🎄OUR CHRISTMAS DIARY IS NOW OPEN🎄🐾

PLEASE READ IN FULL -

Uh oh! We said the C word!!!🫣🤭 it’s that time of year again!

This is our busiest time of year so please pick your day and time carefully as once it’s booked, there is very little to no chance of rearranging your appointment.. These slots get booked up very quickly💨🎄🛁 It is a first come first serve basis so as soon as these appointments have been filled, unfortunately the only other option will be a November slot of a January 2024 slot!

Please try and work out when your dog/s will actually be due a groom in December by working out how many weeks they do vs how many weeks are left until December!🤗🎄 (and also try and book the rest of your appointments in advance until the end of the year if possible!)

We are going to work both earlier and later on as many days as possible throughout December to ensure as many of our doggy clients can look beautiful for Christmas ✨ .. We will be walking zombies by the middle/end of December so please bare with us!😂

Our late fee policy is already in place but during the Christmas period we will have to be extra strict, ensuring clients stick to the time schedules we give them and pick them up at the time we ask. This is to ensure the smooth transitioning from one doggy to another as we cannot begin our next grooms until the other doggies are picked up.

We give a minimum of 20 minutes notice and we can give more notice if needed. We will give a 5 minute leeway period after your given pick up time (giving you 25 minutes to pick up in total unless requested otherwise) After this 25 minute period there will be a £5 late fee per every 5 minutes late. This will be added to the total cost of the groom.

In addition to this, if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment without notice, don’t show up or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and a full payment for the cost of the groom/s will be required to All Paws On Deck before any future appointments can be made.

PS. There will be no emmipet teeth cleaning in December (including adding onto the groom) just to make extra time for more grooms🦷

Good morning everyone,

Hope you’re all enjoying the lovely weather and keeping your fur babies nice and cool 🌞 🌬

With temperatures soaring to the near 30s we are taking extra precautions to ensure that your fur babies are as cool and comfortable as possible whilst in our care. We have fans circulating the room, fresh water, cool settings on both the shower and dryers and cooling collars if needed. This is for throughout the whole of summer ☀️

If we feel that the temperature gets too hot, if your only way of travelling to us is via walking or if you’re unable to provide fresh air-con in your car we will kindly be asking you to rearrange your appointment.

Our main priority as the weather gets warm is to clip off the dogs that need to go short and we may kindly ask dogs that aren’t as desperate to rearrange if needed.

If we feel we’re unable to keep the room as cool as we’d like, we will close the salon for the welfare of our wonderful doggies ☀️

And as a polite reminder, PLEASE do not walk your dogs in high temperatures, we have noticed a lot of people out and about with their dogs in 25degrees+, it is so dangerous and it really isn’t worth it! Please read the information on the photos we have attached down below and keep your doggies safe throughout the summer ☀️
