We previously shared that we had been trapping at Castle Hill in Huddersfield, and we managed to safely trap this little lady.

Victoria has been amazing and has continued going out to try and trap the remaining two. Unfortunately, it’s proving difficult as people are still feeding them, which makes trapping a challenge.

Worryingly, there was a large fire last night right where the cats have been staying. We’re really hoping they’ve moved away from the area and are safe

We’re absolutely rammed at the moment, but we were made aware of five cats living in a dangerous location with no access to food or water. We couldn’t just leave them. Sadly, one was hit by a car before we had the chance to trap them.

We managed to trap one yesterday, and one of our lovely volunteers, Victoria, has stepped up to help. It’s her first time trapping, and she’s doing an amazing job — all while working, being a single parent, and continuing her other volunteer work, including making and delivering food parcels. Thank you so much, Stacey 💛

We still have three more to trap.

Unfortunately, the one we’ve managed to trap so far isn’t microchipped and is likely not neutered either 😔
