Sarah and scruff are having a hard time at the moment.
Sarah is slowly putting on weight
Scruff is still loosing weight
They are both eating well but haven’t been putting on weight.
They have been back and forth to the vets with there Foster’s fingers crossed Sarah keeps putting weight on and scruff follows her then they can rejoin there family 💕

The Y 6 kittens are in the nebuliser this morning.
We have to do it in 3s.
They are all on different eye drops, metacam antibodies.
Come on guys you can do this!
Yappie went back to the vets yesterday with her very poorly eye, she had a an antibiotic jab to try help a bit more.

They have been back and forth to the vets god know how much it has cost the rescue. And the foster back and forth to the vets.
And our electric to run the nebuliser.
Our electric to keep washing blankets and equipment and washing powder.
All these little things add up but we want to give them the best care we can.
Some are not eating so we have to encourage them to eat.
We have had sleepless/stress night and day.
Please neuter your cats!
This isn’t fair on them or us.
Please don’t give them away for free!

Cats Protection Halifax, Huddersfield & Wakefield are doing a really big trapping job and can’t trap any more because they have no where to go and can’t go back to where they were/are.
They are looking for stables/ rural locations
They get rehomed in pairs plus.
Please share the post and lets help get them into there own home.
They will be very good mouses/ratters.

Lastnight heronbank helpers went out for a curry and they all behaved good,we would like to thank all heronbank volunteers beccy,veronica,lizzy and shelley for sorting the fundraising,Sarah and shelley for arranging with the homecheck team,sam and rachal for doing homecheck who sadly couldn't make it,mary and jane (jane couldn't make it) for been collection points,wenda and debbie for getting heronbank this far,Andy for doing as his told and stepping in where he can and anne for been our old collection point(she couldn't make it)and lynn for been one of our volunteers when she can hannah for pulling in donations and tweeting away the list just goes on and on we have so much support and were never stuck thank you all and merry christmas and lets hope 2018 we get stronger xx 🐾🐾🐾

Keven is still looking for his new mummy and daddy,he would love to have a home with his brother kerrang,both have been in rescue since they were 8 week old and now they are 8 months old they would really love a home of there own.
