Friday catch up time again! Another fantastic dry week, another heatwave ! This summer keeps on giving. ☀️☀️🐶🐶 I’m making the most of it, it’ll be mud season before we know it 😮

Anyway, I’m signing off for a couple of weeks. It’s our summer holiday now. We’re going to Scotland to find some rain! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿☔️😬

And another hot one! This summer is on fire so far 🔥 Friday was getting towards borderline for cancelling my lunch walk but almost total woodland shade, and a still running stream saved the day! 🙏💦💦💦 Here’s a few snaps from our last week or so. Wow, that was a warm end to the week! Getting towards the limit of the gang being comfortable in the heat, and me too !! 🥵
But plenty shade and water the main aim the last few days and we all kept our cool!

Signing off for a while, after what’s been a fantastic few dry weeks! ☀️⛅️🙌 I know we need rain soon but thankful for what weather we’ve had lately!
I’m going on a cycling tour into Europe now, and will be back on Tuesday 27th May.

Happy Monday everyone, just letting you all know why I’m going to be away shortly. It’s only 10 days away now.
I’ll miss the gang of course, (who wouldn’t) whilst I’m on this great cycling adventure. It’s not a holiday, honest! 😊👍🚵🏼

In May 2025, a group of adventure cyclists, the Big Cogs, set out to ride from Highburton in West Yorkshire to Hull then on to The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany and back to Yorkshire covering over 700 miles in 10 days.

Happy bank holiday weekend again!!! Very dry out there at the moment, and warm too. Plenty water on our walks though, and no mud! Perfect, it’s been great lately 👍🐶🐶☀️

Shelley based, friendly and professional dog walking and pet sitting service covering the surrounding areas of HD8 and HD9. Our name comes from our own dog, a very friendly Jack Russell Terrier called Pebble. She is treated as one of the family, which is our objective whilst we care for your precious pets.

Pebble accompanies me on some of our walks and is very sociable, which can be invaluable if your dog is not used to group walks, and in unfamiliar surroundings. I am an experienced dog handler and you can trust Pebble and Pals to provide a friendly, reliable and caring service whenever you leave your pet in our capable hands.
