You know what they say, Lhaso Apso's are like buses, you wait ages for one and then four come along at once. 😂

Google the breed and you'll find words like "charming", "fun loving" and "affectionate" to describe the Lhasa Apso, and I agree wholeheartedly, they are just so much fun to be around.

I must say a special word for Fozzy who was in for his first puppy cut and was an absolute dream from beginning to end. I think he's giving off some serious Zach Galifianakis vibes but grooming little Fozzy certainly didn't leave me with a hangover. What a bundle! 😍

🎵 Saturday night, dance, I like the way you groom.... pretty baby! 🎵

What better way to spend your Saturday night than scrolling through my latest pack of perfect pooches. A special mention to Ragnar, it's great to have the big guy back and pretty much filling my table once again.

Do not adjust your set, you aren't seeing double, this is Coton de Tulear neighbours Millie and Daisy. 🐩

With breed origins in Madagascar (yes, really!), Coton's are known for being smart and charming and Millie and Daisy stay true to that promise. They are a joy to have on the grooming table and oh so pretty when we're done. 😍

Delighted to recently welcome two new doggies to the Pride & Groom salon; introducing Lhasas Beanie and Chumley, both from the same owner. 🐶

Every Lhasa Apso I've ever groomed has been full of character and these two are no exception - cheeky, delightful little scamps! 😍

Looking back at before and after pics of my grooms is always rewarding and that was particularly so with Beanie and Chumley, just look at their transformations. ✂️

The fur is flying and gorgeous doggy after gorgeous doggy has walked through the Pride & Groom doors of late.

There's too much to mention in a single post so I'll simply focus on Watson's magnificent, show-stopping bouffant - it's anything but elementary my dear! 😍😂

Do you know that as well as being a qualified dog groomer I am also a trained Dental Nurse (for real life humans!). Safe to say then that I know all about the importance of cleaning teeth, and I've seen plenty of examples of what can happen if you don't. 😬

Doggies are no exception and it's important to keep your canine chum's gnashers in tip-top condition to avoid bad breath, gum disease, tooth decay, oral pain, and even tooth loss. 🦷

I'm delighted to be combining my love of doggies and my passion for all things dental with a Pride & Groom teeth cleaning service. This can be booked alongside your doggy's groom or as a standalone appointment.

I hereby challenge you to look at little Rusty in his green dickie bow and not utter the word "Awwwww". What a dashing little chap! 🎀

I also have mighty impressive bundle of hair courtesy of the lovely Dotty, she looks pretty chuffed with it don't you think!?! Personally I was more chuffed with her detangle ears. 🥰

And last but by no means least, feast your eyes on Daisy, Lucy and Lottie - the pictures speak for themselves. Transformation! 😁

Long summer days, the sun beaming into the Pride & Groom salon, and another group of cuddly canines in for their seasonal grooms. 🌞

Great to see a couple of familiar faces returning in Tiggy Jinx and Ember, and so much fun getting to know Dori and Kia on their first visit to the salon. ❤️

It's so great to have regular clients returning to the Pride & Groom salon.

Maggie and Monty were among the first doggies through the door when the salon first opened. Both are such lovely characters, a pleasure to groom, and boy do they scrub up good! Cuties! 😋😍
