These 3 stunning Vizslas came in for a spruce up before competing in Crufts. The gorgeous Copper, Oban and Ipa (you can also spot Copper who is featured on the screen behind Clare Balding presenting the Crufts tv programme on channel 4) Hope you had a great day, we were keeping our fingers crossed! 🐾 ❤️
**UPDATE** Copper was 3rd in his class and Oban was 1st in his class 👏 well done to you all 🐕❤️

Tomorrow is our last day of work for 2023 and we just wanted to say a big thank you to every customer for their continued service, tips and gifts!

This year has been a big year with setting up our new booking system as well as welcoming new faces to the Team.

We are looking for a fully qualified dog groomer. Must haves:
🐾 City and Guilds Level 3 Qualified
🐾Knowledge of dog styles and breed standards (experience of cat grooming is advantageous)
🐾 At least 1 year experience in a salon

For Existing customers who have already created a savvycustomers account you now have the ability to book online for January to June 2024!

If you are existing customers and have not already created an account with Savvycustomers, please direct message me with your full name, pet name, breed, mobile number and your email address and I will send you a link to the portal. You can also download the SavvyCustomers app for ease of use on your phone. 

Availability for next year:
We will be closed on Wednesdays from February to end of June (and will remain open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays).

Saturday Appointments:
Please be aware these limited slots are for our customers who are not able to make any of our weekday appointments, please where ever possible do book in during the week to allow those who require these slots to be able to access them.

Regular Schedule:
We do have some limited availability which we do not release online. If you can not get your usual grooming schedule please give us a call at the salon.

If you need to move an appointment:
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please do give me a call at the salon. There is no ability to change dates once booked within our online booking please come to us directly.

Cancellations:
As a small business short notice cancellations can be the difference between us paying ourselves or a thriving business. We do therefore have within our Terms and Conditions our cancellation terms which are 48 hours are required to cancel or reschedule your appointment with no additional costs. Over the past 12 months short notice cancellations have cost my business close to £3,000.

Contracts:
We are updating our conditions you will be able to sign and read these within your Customers Portal/our app SavvyCustomers.

(Once you have a Savvycustomers account)
How to book appointments from the App:

1. Go on the Savvy App ‘Savvycustomers’ - create an account if not already done so, by clicking the link above then login using
your email, as a username and your chosen password
2. Click on ‘Bookings’
3. Click on ‘Book Now’ on the top right corner of the screen
4. Select your pet (if booking more than one pet please book them one at a time)
5. Check the boxes of the Services you want (the price will be what you are currently paying, please
disregard the prices stated as they are ‘FROM’ and could be incorrect)
6. Click ‘Next’
7. Select any extra treatments you may like then click ‘Next’
8. Select a day/time that suits you. (appointments available from 2nd January 2024 to 30th June 2024)
Please book your appointment to follow your usual time intervals between grooms e.g. 6
weeks/8 weeks etc. Please ensure you book all appointments needed between January - June
2024. If you can do week day drop offs, please book a week day appointment, so that customers
who work during the week can still get their dogs groomed at the weekend
9. Please enter your details and tick the boxes to say you agree to the booking policy and privacy
policy
10. Click ‘Create Booking’
11. You will then receive a booking reference number and an email for confirmation. If for any reason I
need to rearrange your appointment in the future I will contact you directly.
12. Please note: You CANNOT cancel or rearrange your appointment via the system so you will need
to contact me directly.
13. Whilst on the app please also sign your contracts if not done so already (bottom of the page) Click on each individual contract then read and sign it.

Hi everyone, thank you so much for adding your details to our new system via the link we posted. Things are working quite well so far, and there is only one area that needs improvement which is uploading photos. Please don’t worry if you’re struggling to do it as we have got the savvy team working on it. We will let you know when adding photos is working smoothly again. We are enjoying booking on your appointments and if you have downloaded the app you should see them on there, or through your customer portal account. If all of this sounds completely alien to you, don’t worry as we can help you when you come in for your next appointment.

🐾Exciting announcement🐾

Precious Paws is in the process of going paperless! Please find at the bottom of this post a link to our new system, where you can create a profile for you and your pet. You can upload a photo of yourself if you’d like, and later upload one of your dog once you have created an account (Please make sure the photos are in the correct profiles!) Provide us with the necessary details, then create a password at the end to be able to come back to your profile later. (When you click submit, it doesn’t tell you it’s submitted but we do have it come through so don’t worry if it isn’t do anything)

With this new system you will have easy access to all your booked appointments as well as having them downloaded to your phones calendar.

Download the Savvy Customers app to access your account faster.

If you have a cross breed, please put down the breed it looks most like. If you have a poodle crossbreed please put down whether it’s a toy/small, medium or large size and we will check our records and amend if needed. (There is the option for cockapoo, cavapoo, labradoodle and goldendoodle)

Please comment below with “Completed” when you have created your profiles, we will then verify you and upload your future appointment dates.
