Tight turns are not involved and nothing on the Hoopers course is high impact, as everything is at ground level making this course suitable for young puppies and elderly or disabled dogs (who are otherwise fit and well). Your dog is able to take part without any worries about damaging joints or bones.

January is National Train your dog month. It was launched by The Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) in January of 2010 in an effort to increase public awareness of the value of proper dog training and socialisation for their well-being. The reason is that so many dogs and puppies are given up to rescues or abandoned. APDT is aware that training may be the deciding factor in whether a dog is able to stay in the home.

Activities can include teaching new tricks, such as shaking paws 🐾, rolling over, standing up on back legs, or fetching.
