This time 3 years ago I groomed my first fur client as Soapy's dog parlour🐾

I just want to thank all my clients from the bottom of my heart for supporting my through all the highs and lows. The welcomes and goodbyes.

🎄ITS CHRISTMAS 🎄

That's me all wrapped up for another year and once again I want to think all my incredible customers and their fur babies for supporting me and keeping me going, I really couldn't do it without you all!❤️

I'm gonna take a much needed brake ready to start again on the 6th January 🗓️

This is not something I wanted to have to do, but going forward all customers will be required to pay a 50% non refundable deposit. You are all welcome to reschedule your appointment if given 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice will result in you losing the deposit.

This is my livelihood and as most of you know if I do not work I don't get paid as I am self employed.

‼️Terms and Conditions‼️

When booking your appointment, you will automatically agree to the following T&Cs


Flea and Tick Treatments and Vaccinations:
All dogs are required to be up to date with Flea and Tick treatments and Vaccinations. If your dog enters Soapy’s Dog Parlour with Fleas, you will be charged an additional £10 to the full groom price.
As a precaution, no dogs will be treated with any flea shampoo.
(Some flea shampoos could react with flea treatment previously given by the owner).

Matting Fee:
If your dog visits Soapy’s Dog Parlour severely matted, there may be an additional charge for de-matting. Being matted does cause discomfort to dogs and could also cause damage to equipment.
Soapy’s Dog Parlour will NOT be liable for any injuries that may be caused during the de-matting process (the clipper blades are very close to the skin and could potentially cause cuts). Please minimise these risks by keeping your dog well brushed using the correct equipment required for your dog’s coat– I am happy to provide advice on the prevention of matts so please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Cancellations:
ALL customers must provide 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel an appointment.
Any cancellations will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the groom price

Welfare:
If I feel your dog seems unwell, too stressed or becomes too difficult during the groom, it will be my decision to continue the groom or arrange to finish at another time.

All owners should make myself aware of any allergies/sensitivities your dog has before the groom takes place. This is to prevent products I use having negative effects on your dog.

All quoted prices are based on the condition of the dog’s coat, behaviour, and size of the breed, this may change once the dog has been consulted.
