What a lovely day today! Everything totally thawed, no frozen hoses, no lugging water canisters or putting salt down on the yard. Finally able to get back to the more normal jobs 🙌
Captain munching away whilst we poo pick, Knightly coming to show us proudly his top of the range mud pack and Rebel checking out the poo picking tools are in good working order 😆❤️

Started the day at -6 🥶 plus fog coming in. Finished the day at 1 degree 🙌 Horses all happy loads of hay out, hoping we start to thaw tomorrow 🙏🤞

A lovely minus 5 again today but on a plus everywhere looks pretty 😍

It's another cold 🥶 one today! It may look pretty but makes the daily tasks so much harder with everything being frozen. As long as its safe to do so all the horses go out daily throughout winter 🥰☺️

Lovely 12x12 monarch stable in a block of 8 looking out on to one of the turnout areas.
Summer and winter grazing
Shavings/ Pro bed, 1 bale per week
Feed (2 feeds per day according to horses weight and condition score) from the saracen range with 2 yearly visits including the weighbridge
Individual turnout paddocks
Shared storage area
Ad lib hay/haylage
Access to wash bay and Solarium
Access to 20x40 outdoor arena
Regular on site clinics.
Lovely local offsite hacking available

It's all go on the yard the last few days.
Roofing guys have been in to complete the work on the fascias for the new roof.
Flux Electrical Solutions were here yesterday fitting new electrical cabling to allign the yard from one central point and today Jelka Group are here fitting the rubber walkways. It's all starting to look extremely smart 😁
