Today we had 5 no shows !!! Getting an appointment with us is like finding unicorn p**p so when dogs don’t turn up it’s make ur wait for an appointment even longer which I’m sorry about , going forwards now if you don’t turn up or cancel 24hrs before we will be charging 50% of the missed appointment never in 27years of having pampered paws ever had to do this , but we can’t continue if dogs don’t turn up , I don’t get wages today 🐾🐾thankyou to all my amazing clients who show up and keep us in business xx

Happy new year and all the best for 2024 , I want to say the biggest THANKYOU , thankyou for entrusting your furrys with us time and time again , thankyou for the countless recommendations you send us , thankyou for supporting us year after year as we go into our 27th year of grooming the gorgeous furrys of Tameside 🐾🐾 we have lost a few to rainbow 🌈 bridge this year including my little elmapug 3 weeks ago who nearly reached 18 , we remember everyone and they are missed , they will always be part of the pampered paws family , THANKYOU FOR CHOOSING US hope you have a great 2024 🐾🐾

***FLEAS *** pesky little things that are causing a nusience please make sure your dogs are upto date with all preventative treatments either from your vets or naturally preventative treatments , there’s a epidemic in Tameside at the moment and it will get worse once the heating gets switched on at home 🐾🐾 prevention is cheaper than trying to get rid of them 🐾🐾

Hello just a reminder all new clients to pay deposit on booking and we will confirm booking after recieving deposit , should you not turn up to appointment without giving us notice you lose ur deposit , in the last month we have lost over £300 in no shows , as a small business we can’t continue to be at a loss , plus when u don’t show up or cancel it makes waiting for an appointment longer as we can’t always fill that space at short notice , please help us to help you thankyou 🐾🐾
