PRICES :

Our dog pet care/equestrian services start at £10 per visit (up to 30 mins & local) however a small fuel charge may be added for those of you out of our local area. Pop in visits that take longer than this (equestrian/livestock visits usually) start at £15.

Dog walking starts at £15 & £5 is added for each extra dog.

For visits local to us, where 2 or more are needed per day, there will be a discount.

Pet transport starts from £40 if pre booked. Our transport service is available 24/7.

For more specific pet care needs, please contact me for a quote, we are happy to deal with medications, farrier/vet/dentist visits etc.

We can usually accommodate last minute bookings however please try to contact us as soon as possible.

Not only do we do dog walking, pet sitting, horse care, poultry and small animal boarding, farm sitting and horse exercising, we also do 🚨EMERGENCY PET TRANSPORT🚨!
If your pet needs the vet and you can’t get him/her there, give us a call and we will be there ASAP to transport you and your pet and give you a quote! We are able to do this anytime, day or night!
You can also book us in advance, if your pet has an appointment, we will be there to take them when you can’t!

😅🙄Thoroughbreds🙄😅

I adore my 2 thoroughbreds, in fact they’re my 2 favourite horses! ❤️ But we can’t deny the fact that they’re expensive to feed 🤣😅

I’ve seen loads of posts lately, about what people are feeding their thoroughbreds over winter, to keep weight on - so I thought I’d do my own! 🥕

💙Mags is a 16.2hh gelding, who has dropped weight recently due to colic and due to how frozen the ground is, is also on limited turnout!
He’s in light work💙

💜Libby is a 16.2hh mare, who was underweight when she arrived and is a fussy eater! She recently had an accident which set her back a bit and is also on limited turnout, thanks to the frozen ground! She is not currently in work but was in light work 💜

I spent ages trying out new foods for them, figuring out what Libby enjoyed and what was the best for them both 🥕

In the end, this is what we decided on :

- 6 year old 14hh cob mare, built like a tank, needs ground manners but isn’t at all nasty and prefers having company when stabled (prefers living out), have hacked her out a couple times on the road, good with traffic but not tried her hacking alone yet. Would be a good broodmare. Been out of work for 2 years until recently. £1500 ono

Please someone buy Jerry 😅 He’s like a very annoying child that doesn’t leave you alone and gets into EVERYTHING 🤣 He also eats everything 😂 In all seriousness though, he’s actually very sweet, wears a harness, long reins well and is good with traffic, farm machinery, dogs and livestock. 🥰 He’s 3 in January so perfect for someone looking for a Spring driving project. He’s a gelding and will make approx 11.2hh so brilliant for kids 🥰 He’s £650 for a quick sale 💰

🌊River🌊 on a short hack today 🥰 Perfect with all types of traffic and getting the hang of what leg means ☺️ She was happy to follow another horse as well as being more than happy to turn round and go away from the other horse 😇 It was also the first time we’d put a saddle/girth on her and she took it like a champ! 💗

Spike is on his way to his new home 💙 Sad to see him go but excited to watch his progress and see what he gets up to with his new owners ❤️

We’ve had Gloria 3 weeks now and she’s already lost some weight and is much lighter and comfier on her feet 🥰 so rewarding seeing her having fun and enjoying work 🥰

🐎Spike🐎 Our lovely new forest colt Spike loading this morning, he’s off to be gelded with Jerry and Buddy! 🙃

🌿Teaching Luna to pick her feet up without panic 🌿 Luna is super nervous and is slowly learning to take treats from me and letting me put her headcollar on in the stable without much fuss! She’s only 7 so still young enough to learn to trust us! When she had the farrier out to remove her shoes and trim her feet, she was very scared and not easy with her feet at all! It’s a very sped up video as it took a little while to do however I am slowly running my hand down her neck and her front leg, gradually getting to her hoof, and then picking it up. The first couple of times she moved away from me. I carried on trying and eventually she allowed me to pick it up without a fuss. Once I had the hoof picked up, I held it up and gave her a treat at the same time. This was repeated a few times to gain her confidence and will be done with all 4 feet! Her progress is fab 🥰
