Having geriatric dogs in for their full grooms just reminds me how precious our time really is with our pets 💗

Little Dexter is 14 years old and just comes in for what I call “comfort grooms”, everything shaved off that doesn’t need to be there. Most older dogs struggle with many different health issues so a quick groom is sometimes best for our old friends🐾

This is our little Loki,

When Loki first started coming to me, he was so scared that he used to snap and get so frustrated with me. Today he’s had a full groom with only a few mardy moments💚the trust is there now, it’s so so important to bring your dog regularly so that they can build a bond with their groomer & have a lovely maintained coat!

By the way, he is actually growing his beard out😂🥹
