We offer a number of things including a puppy package (they can be brought in as soon as they have had their 2nd injections) to get them used to being groomed, handstripping, nail clipping, styling, wash and de-shed and wash alone. Nail clipping is part of the package when bringing your dog to Fluffy Pups however we do this as a separate service also. I like to work with the customers to get their

dogs exactly how they want them so please don't hesitate to tell me if there's anything you would like doing differently. Microchipping is also something that I will be considering for the future. I hold the City & Guilds level 3 introductory to dog grooming qualification and I'm looking to get my diploma in the future. I will take most breeds of dog and coat condition however the price may vary depending on the severity of the dog's coat. If a dog had a badly conditioned coat then I will not attempt to groom it and it will be shaved off as I like to think humanity before vanity. 🐶🐶 New enforcement 🐶🐶

Due to recent no shows/late cancellations this week I’ve decided to introduce the following...

I require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Any appointments cancelled/rearranged/no showed after this time will be subject to a fee of 50% of the cost of the service booked.

This fee is to be made payable before another appointment can be made with me.

As this is my sole income, I hope people can understand my reasoning for doing this.

🐶🐶 IMPORTANT INFORMATION 🐶🐶

I just wanted to write a little post to inform all my customers of some changes to my working hours. Due to a change in my personal circumstances my working hours will now only be Monday - Friday 9.15 - 3.

I have also been quite absent on messages/replies back to people. I’m really sorry for this. I’ve had a lot of things going on over these past few weeks with personal issues and a family bereavement and I’ve not really had the energy for anything else.
I am going to sit down over the next few days and message people follow up appointments but please bare with me as I have a lot of people to reply too.

I hope you all understand, I’m only human.

🐶🐶 IMPORTANT NOTICE 🐶🐶

From the 1st April 2022 I will be having a price increase. The increase will be based on a base price for the breed accompanied with the condition of the coat/behaviour of the dog/length of time to groom.
I have been reluctant to do this and only increased my prices once since opening 6 years ago but based on the current situation I have no choice.
I hope everyone understands my decision and I hope to see all my lovely customers return.
