The difference in a s***m rich fraction collection which maybe only takes 3/4 minutes and 2ml collected vs the WHOLE Sample including the wash... so you might take 8/10 minutes collecting 10ml which has only diluted your 2ml s***m rich fraction over & over.

Makes me laugh when you see people collecting 9/10ml off a dog just watering the sample down making it a lot less effective, a bi***es cervix can only hold 3ml so the rest just leaks out.

I only ever collect 2ml off any stud dog the rest is just diluted.

Will be closed from 27th June to the 4/5th July so book in before hand to avoid any disappointment for scans due etc 📝

Tick season 🕷️

This tick has been on display for us to show people for a while.

After months in a sealed container without any additional feeding, she laid eggs.

This demonstrates how long a tick can remain dormant and how many eggs one female can lay. Remember, ticks become active again in the fall, so continue with preventive measures.

If you encounter a small pile of jelly-like balls in your garden, act immediately! These are tick eggs and they're set to hatch soon.

Either set them on fire (as long as burn restrictions are allowed) or destroy them by soaking in isopropyl alcohol.

Be sure to wear gloves if you handle the nest, as it contains hundreds of tick eggs that will hatch in a few weeks.

Make sure your fur babies are treated & up to date with necessary prevention schedules.
