Buddy has been on minimum pain relief for a couple of weeks now and the itchiness had halved but now he is going to Alba Physiotherapy Veterinary Services too the itchiness has almost gone. He has been twice so far and has had some heat laser on his hind legs, massage of all his legs and back, his back was reacting to touch quite a lot but after his first session it was really reduced. He'll be going again over the next few weeks but i'm really impressed with how much better his stance is and how much less he is itching.
This is him after a session at Alba, so relaxed.

Hi folks.

Do you have plans for Christmas day? Feel free to let us know what you are up too.

Our practice manager Tabitha will be volunteering at this event. If you are at a loose end, fancy a chat or just need to get out the house for a while - pop down and share a cuppa and some crappy cracker jokes :)

However you will be spending the day, everyone at Alba wishes you well and w look forward to seeing you in the New Year.

It's that time of year again where the roads are incredibly busy and journeys are taking twice as long.

Add to that, road and lane closures, accidents and school runs and it's a perfect cocktail to missing your appointment.

We are fully booked this week and if you are late we will still need to finish your appointment at the scheduled time, meaning you (or your pet) will miss some of your treatment.

To avoid this happening please allow extra time to reach us.

As an example, people were taking 20 minutes to get out of the retail park today (Thursday)!

If you are early, you are welcome to sit and wait here or even take a relaxing stroll along the canal which is right on our doorstep.

If you have the misfortune of getting stuck, please give us a wee call (only if safe to do so).

We look forward to seeing you soon.

Well that’s a wrap folks!! Huge thank you to everyone for your generosity, for taking part and for cheering us on. We LOVE the Highlanders ( and folk visiting)’s spirit… we even had a hen party join in and bring their party fun. Thank you all. We will announce all our competition winners next week after we’ve recovered 🙂 Big thank you also to Liz at Tescos who supported our ideas and Saturday fun.
