Please brush your dogs regularly, to avoid additional cost ,and minimise stress to your dog ,on the grooming table .Always walk your dog prior to grooming session,
Make sure your dog is flea free, before coming for an appointment,
Please arrive on time, this often creates a queue, for the next customer, and I’m not able to finish my work properly .
Nail clip is included in the full groom price .
Cancellation policy
48 h notice is required, prior to cancelling your appointment, no arriving on your appointment will incur in 100 % fee, or if less time is given.

Popped this on my stories earlier but I’ve had SOOO many people message me about it I thought I’d post on here too…

I always put a little bit of Baby Oil on Rambos legs & chest when we go walkies in the snow - guaranteed to not collected balls of snow on his fur.

Can’t even remember where I first heard this, but I’ve been doing it for years and literally not one clump of snow in sight!
