From time to time self doubt can creep in and you find yourself asking am I any good at this?
Then I have moments of recollection, such as with Jessie. It’s crazy to think back to 2.5 years ago where Jessie would have short sessions while mum stayed and fed her sausages to keep her occupied, she was very anxious of most parts of her body being touched, by me.. the stranger! And now for the last year Jessie has the whole full groom with me on my own with very little fussing!
Trust takes time, routine and the odd sausage 😉🥰
ARCHIE 🧡
Archie used to have a very smooth, rich copper coloured coat that only required minor trimming.
Sadly he was one of the unlucky ones who’s coat changed after being neutered, and he floofed up! Still beautiful but requires more maintenance.
We have mastered a lovely length of groom to show chase his beautiful copper colours again! 🧡
(For any of my grooming friends, his body and bum area have been clipped on a 3 3/4 blade, chest scissored to neaten, 5F on parts of thigh areas gently to remove some more finer floof and a 7F on legs before blending to his beautiful feathers!)

WE HAVE MOVED 🐾
Today is my first day in my new space, im excited but also nervous, I feel like im starting a new job 😅 Im sure once I see my pooches I will settle in just nicely!
I am so greatful to my in laws for having me at theirs the last 2 years. It will be strange not to see them every day.
Harvey has been very happy exploring the new groom room until I put him on the table… 🤣 he hasn’t ventured in much since!! Im hoping he copes well with it all too.
