Please find below the terms and conditions for your grooming appointment at The Groom Room:
**1.** I am only able to groom small to medium-sized dogs.
**2.** Dogs must be regularly groomed and accustomed to the grooming salon environment. I am unable to accommodate puppies, extremely anxious, or grumpy dogs.
**3.** Cancellation and Rescheduling
I require 24 hours’ notice of any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide timely notice will require full groom payment prior to any future appointments being offered.
**4.** Punctuality: Late arrivals will be charged a fee of £5 per 15 minutes, at my discretion.
**5.** Full payment is required upon collection of your pet. Payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, please ensure that the payment is received prior to the scheduled grooming appointment. I will confirm payment upon your arrival at the salon
