The Working Puppy Company Puppy training in Aberdeenshire for dogs of all breeds and ages! Puppy training takes time, patience, understanding, calmness and consistency.

All our training is outside, in the place where you need to teach them to behave most! We have all breeds of dog come to class. Although you may not want to work your dog or have a working breed, we aim to achieve the same end result – an obedient and well behaved puppy having covered sit, stay, recall and heel work. All dog training classes are held on a farm ‘Wester Fintray’ just outside Kintore

which is beautiful setting. We have a range of private training ground available to us from the floodlit paddock which is a small fully enclosed area for younger dogs, to larger more open area for gundog work.

The classes aim to develop your ability to effectively communicate with your dog to teach them general good manners, sit, stay, recall and loose lead walking.
✅8 week block
✅Sessions lasting 1 hour
✅Max 6 dogs and handlers
✅Classes held on Monday/ Tuesday evenings and Monday/Tuesday mornings
✅For dogs aged 3 to 18 months

The Auchentore Gundogs'H' Litter are growing like weeds! 🌱We always love to get ideas from you for kennel names, and the 'H' litter is proving trickier than we thought.. 🤔

They always start with 'Auchentore' followed by the H name. Perhaps associations with the colour yellow? Local or Scottish connections?

We will even post a new lead and whistle to the person who comes up with our favourite name. 😉 Post your suggestions below!

Although you may not want to work your dog or have a working breed, we aim to achieve the same end result – an obedient and well behaved puppy having covered sit, stay, recall and heel work. All dog training classes are held on our farm ‘Wester Fintray’ just outside Kintore which is in a beautiful setting. We take dogs up to the age of 1 year in group classes, individual lessons for older dogs and also cater for more specialised gundog training. We have a range of private training ground available to us from our purpose built paddock which is fully floodlit and enclosed, to the orchard which is a small fully enclosed area for younger dogs to larger fields for older dogs.
